Villa Palmera - 5-Star Modern Tropical Paradise

Palmera is a spectacular 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath ocean front villa in a beautifully serene, private, security patrolled, gated community on the island’s north side. It also has a private gentle drive with covered parking/entrance. There are no stairs in the villa. The home has been chiseled into the cliff side with panoramic views of the coastline and neighboring Virgin islands.

The house was designed with uninhabited island Hans Lollik it's focal point. Palmera’s 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are fashioned after a 5 star hotel, with flat screen TV’s, private relaxation areas, high quality linens, and custom closets. The bathrooms feature custom double vanities and mirrors, high quality towels, designer fixtures, elaborate custom tile work, and outdoor showers. The villa includes a custom chef‘s kitchen and opulent living spaces to comfortably accommodate eight guests. Outdoor living spaces include three patios: one ocean facing with an infinity edge pool, a rear garden patio, and a private ocean facing patio off of suite 3. The style of the home is an artistic blend of simplicity, elegance, organic textures and modern flair infusing Zen like qualities with luxuriousness.

The villa is less than 2 miles to famous Caribbean beaches, and wonderful upscale and casual dining. January through March, watch for whales migrating in front of the villa!

We are pleased to now offer complimentary concierge service with your stay at Villa Palmera. Our concierge is located on island and can book anything from excursions and transportation to in-villa chefs and spa services! Our concierge can even create a custom itinerary based on your groups desires.

This was a fabulous property with a fabulous host. The amenities were so thoughtful. It was the convenience of being at home but at this gorgeous island. Great location for getting to all the good spots but tucked away in a gated community. The guide was tremendously helpful for the house and utilizing it’s features as well as having a wonderfully put together list of suggestions on how to enjoy the island.

A perfect week! Ali is the best hostess! She literally thought of everything to make our stay comfortable, easy and enjoyable. Her home is immaculate and stocked with everything needed for a home away from home. She is accessible, helpful, and kind. She provided endless information about the island and made it easy for us to decide what to do and how to get there. Her little touches made a huge difference! The views from this home are outstanding! We spent hours in the pool just admiring the view. I could go on and on, but I'll just end by saying that this was our best VRBO experience ever! Our stay at Villa Palmera was fabulous! The host is very communicative and ready to help with anything guests need. The property is stunning and everything you could want for a visit to St. T. It was extremely clean, well stocked on arrival, and includes all necessities for a beach day. The villa has great A/C in every room, a fully equipped kitchen and possibly the best view on the island. It’s also important to note that this villa is extremely private while also being located relatively close to shops and attractions. Definitely worth a stay at Palmera! 11/10 - would definitely book again.

We found Paradise!

Our family vacation to St. Thomas was wonderful! Villa Palmera was exquisite and breathtakingly beautiful! There was ample space for 6 adults and 1 child. We took advantage of cooking dinner and breakfast in the beautiful well stocked kitchen. Eating every meal outside on the pool deck with the amazing view never got old. We had a few questions for Allie and she responded quickly! Take advantage of the Concierge service- they suggested restaurants and things to do for the week. We booked many things through them. The passenger ferry to St. John was very easy to get to- a visit to Trunk Bay is a must there. We loved Lindquist and Sapphire beaches on St. Thomas.

This villa is an absolute dream!! The pictures don’t do it justice. The view is unbelievable and Ali has literally thought of everything. It’s clean, well provided and spacious. My kids loved the pool and house and even said they’d rather come here again instead of Disney World! It was an amazing week and we can’t wait to come back!

The weather was perfect and views were stunning. The home was meticulously clean and well decorated. Everything we needed was there. The layout was excellent for my family. A view to remember!

To say we enjoyed ourselves and the property is an understatement. Everything was better than expected/advertised and the house was a true vacation in and of itself. Ali and our concierge (Melissa) made sure everything ran smoothly from the checkin process, to stocking the house before our arrival, to booking an in home chef our first night on property, etc. I think it's safe to say any one of us would go back in a heartbeat and look forward to our next visit!

Outstanding Vacation at Villa Palmera

Our family just returned from a week stay at Villa Palmera. I could go on and on about the gorgeous views from this home because even though you see the view in the photos, it still takes your breath away in person. We spent almost all of our time out on the patio by the pool. In fact, we had plans to go to St John and to the beach one day, but we were so relaxed and loved where we were so much that we never managed to get around to going to either. The layout of the home is just perfect as each bedroom has a king sized bed and its own private bathroom. The outdoor showers are fantastic as it keeps the bathroom humidity down. The half bath with access to the back patio is convenient for not having to walk all through the house to use the bathroom. We cooked 90% of our meals at the home and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated the use of the grill and did a lot of our cooking out there. I do a lot of research on the places I end up booking for our vacations and Villa Palmera met every single item on my must have list and it exceeded my expectations in every way. Ali is an excellent property manager and is very communicative. Kudos to the cleaning staff as well, as this home is very clean and that's a big thing for me as well. I'm on a kick of going to places I haven't been, but I have a feeling my family will want to return here for another vacation, and we won't stay anywhere on St Thomas but the Villa Palmera.

Absolute Paradise

This property is amazing. The view, the accommodations, the attention to guest details was outstanding! They had coolers, chairs, towels for pool and beach, champagne, etc. ready for us! The kitchen is awesome being a cook! I highly recommend if you have the means, you should stay here! The beaches were beautiful, restaurants awesome, activities amazing. Where else can you see sea life 40 feet above the crystal clear water. It is so close to everything you need and want to see. The property is private and protected. This is the best beach trip and vacation we have ever taken! Thanks Ali, this house is paradise!

With many options on the island for vacation rentals I was not disappointed with the selection and felt we absolutely made the right choice. Management was awesome and very accommodating. We stay at a lot of high-end properties on VRBO with our family (2 adults and 4 teenagers) and this was one of our favorite properties, hands-down. What did we love: - the location, private and SAFE - the views, are just jaw-dropping - the attention to detail. Everything has been thought of, from beach chairs to beach towels, pool towels, and kitchenware (my wife cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner!) - the layout. Three bedrooms on one side and the killer later bedroom on the other. HIGHLY recommend this house, you will not be disappointed.
