Front desk woman was super rude, my card was charged twice, the lot was not plowed and there was no parking, she had her vehicle parked outside the door so there was no room to drop your luggage off or people without blocking the entire road...she was very arrogant and wouldn't come out of the side room to take care of us...it was a chore to answer questions and was quick to let me know they do nottt do price matching to online prices! Her price was 145 for a room, online was 79.00....i sat in the lobby and booked it online and saved 66.00...

Second stay at this hotel and won’t be my last!! The front desk young lady was absolutely wonderful, I requested a single king bed room but was given a two bed room and she fixed that for me with no hesitation and super friendly I think she needs a raise!
