Bought a "2 Queen bed" room from online service but hotel gave us a "1 King bed" room stating it was monetarily the equivalent. Needed the two Queen bed room as we are two men. Unfriendly customer service policy, front desk person did not seem to understand english well and was frustrating, could not understand the situation. I even had the reservation on my phone. Best to call hotel directly to be assured of your room choice.

Expedia wants me to change what I really had to say about Double Tree. But I’ll say this they should let you stay for free. The building is run down and dirty. They charge alot for a pet and you have to pay to park. I would be ashamed if I owned that property staff was good check in person had no personality and could care less!!

Lobby was nice but room was okay, clean enough but didn’t feel comfortable it was a little outdated and gross feeling. Also got charged twice from Expedia and Hilton and it is getting really annoying to try to fix it. They told me my card declined at the front desk for the incidentals not that they were re charging the entire stay.
