Enjoy 1100 feet of river front, private walking trails, fishing spots, a beach area, and a shared fire pit with corn hole and horseshoes. Three Suns Cabins offers the perfect blend of seclusion and community for your next gathering.
The space
Three Suns Cabins Full Rental sleep a total of 29 guests and offers 8 individual cozy retreats with modern comforts and stunning views. Here's a detailed look at each cabin:

Moonrise Meadow: Sleeps 4 guests, featuring a queen bed within a private bedroom and XL twin bunk beds in the main living area.
Trail Tamer: Sleeps 2 guests, featuring a queen bed within the private bedroom.
Wildflower Walk: Sleeps 4 guests, featuring a queen bed within the bedroom and XL twin bunk beds in the main living area.
Perfect Perch: Sleeps 5 guests, featuring a queen bed in the bedroom and a lofted space with 3 XL twin beds (two standalone twin beds and one additional trundle/pullout twin bed)
River Rascal: Sleeps 4 guests, featuring a queen bed within a private bedroom and XL twin bunk beds in the main living area.
River’s Edge: Sleeps 4 guests, featuring a queen bed within the bedroom and XL twin bunk beds in the main living area.
Knob Hill: Sleeps 2 guests, featuring a queen bed within the private bedroom.
Hiker’s Haven: Sleeps 4 guests, featuring a queen bed within the private bedroom and XL twin bunk beds in the main living area.

Each cabin includes:

A comfortable bedroom with a queen bed, TV and an electric fireplace.
A living room with an electric fireplace, flat-screen smart TV, and comfortable seating.
A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.
An enclosed private back deck with a hot tub overlooking the mountains.
A private fire pit for evening gatherings.
Outdoor charcoal grill.

Guest access
Guests will have access to all 8 of the cabins that make up Three Suns, as well as access to outdoor games, private walking trails to the Red River, a private beach area with hammocks for guest use. There is ample private parking near each cabin.

This neighborhood of cabins includes other cabins that are not a part of Three Suns, and guests will not have access to these properties.
Other things to note
A starter amount of the following supplies is included at each cabin: hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dish pods, laundry detergent, and basic cleaning supplies. Any additional items needed will be the guest's responsibility to supply. We do not supply anything considered perishable or consumable, this includes but is not limited to, coffee, salt, pepper, oil and the like.

This rental maintains a strict cancellation policy. Please be aware that in order to receive a full refund, you must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 30 days before check-in. If you cancel 30 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you’ll receive a 50% refund for all nights. If you cancel after that, no refund will be given.

Pets are not allowed and we cannot make any exceptions.
There is a charcoal grill at each cabin, guests are asked to supply their own charcoal and lighter fluid.
Cell service might be spotty depending on your provider.
The cabin is on city water and is safe for all uses.
Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) are provided!
There is a private fire pit at each cabin. Firewood is not provided.
The cabin is accessible by paved and well-maintained gravel roads, 4WD is not required.
The kitchen is supplied with the basics: pots, pans, bowls, cups, utensils, etc
When booking this group rental, it is important to make sure kitchenware, blankets, pillows and the like do not get mixed up between cabins.
