A 10-hectare estate with a beautiful house for up to 22 people. Rented exclusively to a single group. A private lake, beach, and romantic island. A tennis court, beach volleyball court, private park, forest, and organic garden. A vitality hamlet with a sauna and hot tub is available. In the summer, you can pick vegetables and fruit from our garden. It's the perfect place for holidays, weekend getaways, family celebrations, hen parties, or wild parties.

The house has 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms connected by a beautiful staircase (a fireplace, a bar, TV corner, seating area, and a large oak table; an upper living room with a pool table, foosball table, and Play Station), and a fully equipped kitchen. Each room offers views of the garden, linden alley, or lake.

A terrace with a barbecue, summer kitchen, smokehouse, and a dining table. The terrace offers direct access to the lake.
