The Ridge Tahoe Bonus Time for sale by owners 15 days in advance, ski and and ski out, rim trail gorgeous Lake Tahoe resort with wonderful and family friendly amenities, which will make your stay special.
Everything you need is on -site for any season, full kitchen, fitness and good family fun. On-Site bistro is really good and you get all the owner amenities, including spa and workout center, racquet ball all season and tennis in spring and summer. Indoor basketball dome is year round. 7500ft
The space
There is a pull out queen sleeper sofa as the extra bed, the 1 bedroom has a dedicated separate king bed bedroom from kitchen area and pull out sofa is in the living area.

Furniture will vary in each building, however all the amenities will be constant, based on availabilty. You will be sent the building and reservation information 15 days prior to your stay and this reservation is non refundable unless you cancel 14 days + prior to your checkin because I receive no cancellation as well. We do our best to extend or change when possible to accommodate guests and our availability. We will message you 14 days ahead and make sure you are still able to do your trip. thanks

Properties can vary from each building to brand new rennovated to more rustic furniture and features. (Exact photos are not possible for each building)! All the soft goods are changed and hard goods and furniture every 7-14 years. Each building has similar ammenities and you will be placed in 1 of 8-10 different buildings, based on availability and current conditions and weather/construction/maintenance etc.

We do EVERYTHING we can to accomodate your requests, however we are not responsible for acts of God, such as weather or building issues out of our control. You acknowledge this by choosing to go to 7500 feet elevation and choose to travel at your own risk. AWD and 4WD owned vehicles, highly encouraged due to sudden weather changes, that commonly occur without notice.

You agree to let the management and owners know when anything unusual is happening with your stay or when you need help or assistance.

Guest access
GUESTS are required to notify me and /or the front desk immediately if a lock off rooom that makes the unit a 2 bedroom is not locked or we (the owners) and you (the guest) will be charged for the charges for the extra room, so please notify us.

LATE CHECK INS- the security and front desk is open 24 hours per day.
Other things to note
We make your official reservation 15 days or less ahead and confirm and send you details 15 days or less from your arrival date.

These details and availability and what building you will be in is all depending on availability at the time of the restoration. We will always make sure to put you in the most appropriate building for your preferences.

Mandatory: A Photo ID of Registered Guest (age 21 and older) or Passport MUST be presented at Resort Check in or call me for a change of name (ahead of time) and your phone number must MATCH and a credit card refundable deposit of $115 is due to The Ridge Resorts (IHG) on ANY OF OUR PROPERTIES.

We DO NOT have Oil, only Salt & Pepper in a closed container, due to cross contamination. We recommend you bring your own oil and spices, If you selected to cook and prepare your own meals in our kitchen equiped units.

We RECOMMEND STRONGLY you bring your necessity items for cooking and cleaning and hygiene you prefer. We only provide what the resort is contracted to provide. This is NOT a GetWellness Center Healthy Home & Workspace Certified building- with all of our water and air filtration, green clean and food supplies. This is a guest suite, we own a share of and come and go with our own supplies for ourselves and our family/ friends/colleagues and guests. All guests are responsible for their own preferred items.

Equipment rentals- we recommend Winter Wonderland in South Lake Tahoe on your way or we have teamed up with Heavenly Resorts for equipment rentals on discount, anything on-site and in our store can possibly be more expensive so we recommend you plan ahead. We have discounts on our Ridge Store Daily and have basic food and beverage, clothing and gifts / souvenirs.

Concierge at The Ridge front desk area can give you coupons for local favorites and and they are available online.
