Note: Our property is located near Heavenly`s Stagecoach Lift and offers convenient access for ski enthusiasts. On a typical day, it’s just a short, easy 5-minute walk to the lift. During big snow days or in a heavy snow year, you can even ski back to the property along the side of the road, adding an extra touch of adventure to your stay. Please note that this route may not be suitable for beginner skiers, as it requires some confidence on skis. Whether you`re walking or skiing, you`ll love the close proximity to the slopes!

This is a wonderful, well thought out space, fully equipped with supplies and everything you could possibly need during your time in Tahoe and we will take great care of you once you reach the top of the stairway to our Heavenly condo. PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly home, but please note that we charge an additional, non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $175 per booking, that must be collected separately after you`ve secured your booking if you plan on bringing your pet.

We love pets and welcome them, but pets do require additional cleaning due to hair and dander. We are allowing you to bring your furry friend, but please understand that we still need to clean the home properly for everyone, and this requires an additional pet cleaning fee.

- NO parties or events allowed at any time.
- NO smoking inside the property.
- Minimum Age requirement to book: 25

During your stay, please be aware that Lake Tahoe is home to bears. Keep food secure and follow local guidelines to avoid encounters.

Kindly be aware that after your booking is confirmed, a rental agreement and ID verification will be sent for you to complete to stay in compliance with local laws.
