We enjoyed the breakfast choices and selections. Food excellent for my taste and diet. Staff excellent they were available for assistance and support. BEST EVER!! Will certainly stay again and refer to my friend and associates.

The property was one of the cleaner ones in the area. But I was disappointed in that I booked a room for 2 nights and had free cancellation until August 3. I found out in late July that I only needed the room for one night. I immediately contacted the property to cancel the 2nd night and they refused. They would only agree to cancel my entire reservation, even though I paid more for cancellation options. Statesboro was very busy that week with move in and I feel certain that with a week's notice (before cancellation deadline), they could have sold that room to someone else. This was not good customer service at all.

The only issue I had was my key card kept getting wiped out and I would have to get it reprogrammed. Everything else was good with my stay. The younger lady up front was great. She went above and beyond to help my daughter print off her information for college.

Friendly and clean stay

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and had a fresh scent. The only thing that was a disappointment was the breakfast. The breakfast isn’t included but the young lady at the front desk was so kind to allow us to sign up for the rewards program and get two free breakfast vouchers. However, the breakfast was not that good and I would have been very disappointed if we had to pay $26 for it.
