I really like how the city bus stop right at the hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and nice! I would go back next time if I come back to Steamboat!

We stayed for 2 nights, upon arriving go the room we feel the coziness of the room, the personnel of the hotel were helpful and pleasant. We had to change room for the toilet was not working properly.

Friendly staff, room was spacious, beds were very comfortable with nice plump pillows. The soap, lotions, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom were all name brand that smelled awesome. You don’t see that very often. We stayed during holidays so we expected breakfast to be crowded and it was. Items were delicious when they were stocked, pancake machine only worked one day out of the four days. Plenty of other options so not a huge deal. Location is great, just blocks away from ski area.

Brand new hotel, dog friendly, KING size beds, free breakfast buffet.... only caveat being that because it is so new, staff had a hard time keeping up with the food + cleanliness for the breakfast rush. Please consider using all paper/ compostable products since it is all going in the trash - no styrofoam ! Also the dogs were making quite a poppie mess on the side of hotel, need a special trash and baggie dispenser to help owners keep it tidy.

Hard to imagine an easier hotel to stay in if you are in town to ski. City shuttle picks up right beside the hotel and is way faster than driving to the mountain. Breakfast food is good. Rooms are clean. Linens are great. Staff is nice.
