Great Location

Great location, easy to get around. Walking distance to grocery store and a quick drive everywhere else. We were there for business. Place was clean, bedrooms comfortable, and kitchen had everything needed to prepare our meals.

Misleading

It was not accurate when it said it was newly remodeled. It was a manufactured floor, not hardwood. The refrigerator is old and noisy. All the kitchen appliances and laundry machines are old. Old microwave on the kitchen counter. Top of the coffee maker is broken. The dryer took twice as long to dry a load. There was a nasty dryer vent on the floor. Paint and caulking peeling in the old bathroom downstairs. Visible bed frames and box springs. There were personal pictures of the owners. Sound bar under the TV doesn’t work. Living room and dining room area is cramped with one couch. Shade on sliding glass door is crooked. Not allowed to use the fireplace. Overall, it was not worth the 4,898 we were charged. It was not ideal for older people as we had to climb three flights of stairs to the front door and then another flight to the master bedroom. It shouldn’t be advertised this way. It was definitely not remodeled.

The Pines

Overall it was great location, bus stop steps from the condo, comfortable, adequate amenities. One of 4 burners of electric stove didn’t work, but 3 were enough for us to cook. Property manager was very nice and organized.

Great place. Clean and good location. Please make the check-in and check-out process easier. I don’t want to have to go somewhere else to pick up and drop off keys. The shuttle was nice to have but was hit and miss due to being a shuttle down.

central location

Super easy to get shuttle to mountain just a couple of stops away. The shuttle the management company provides was great to get downtown at night. Our only small negative is the TV in the living room should be updated it has colored lines.

Great location!

This is a pleasant condo with a great Mountain view. There were a couple little bit picky things that were a little off, like a dirty dish in the cupboard (that didn’t come clean in dishwasher), and there was some popcorn around/under the couch from a previous guest. Unfortunately, the master shower didn’t work! Water was just spraying out of the wrong place. I’m sure they will fix it and even with that inconvenience, the view, location, and comfort of this unit made it a very satisfactory rental. Would rent again.

Location, location, location!! You can walk to the grocery store and you split the difference between downtown and the slopes/parks. Nice place with all that you would need for your traveling adventure!

Nice stay

The condo worked well for our family of 4. Well-stocked kitchen and access to bus route to the mountain and downtown was great! On-call shuttle worked well too, but really nice to have the option of both since you definitely need to plan ahead to schedule the shuttle and we missed the window one night. Snow was awesome!! (:
