This well-equipped, three-level condo is the perfect home base for a family getaway to the mountains! The main level, or entry level, features a spacious living area with delightful wooden accents throughout, a gas fireplace for chilly days, a TV, and a dining table with seating, perfect for gathering around after a long day of adventures in Steamboat. There is a private balcony located off the main living room as well as a wall-unit air conditioner in the dining area. The chef of the group will be thrilled with the well-equipped, full kitchen. Featuring gorgeous wood cabinets, granite countertops, modern appliances, and all the utensils needed to prepare fantastic, full-course meals. To add even more convenience to your trip, Phoenix 116 also offers an on-site washer/dryer to make it easy to stay on top of your laundry during your stay. There are two bedrooms on the main level: the first with an attached bathroom. The main bedroom is on the second floor and offers a queen bed and a daybed with a trundle. This bedroom has its own attached bathroom. The lower-level offers a beautiful studio with a nicely equipped kitchenette that includes a mini-fridge, an electric two-burner cooktop, a toaster, microwave, and coffee maker. Lucky guests will have access to the resort's shared on-site amenities that include a convenient outdoor pool, a well-equipped fitness center, hot tub, and even a sauna!

The Phoenix at Steamboat is within walking distance of the Steamboat Gondola, Steamboat Snow School, Kids Vacation Center, and several area shops and restaurants. Summertime guests can enjoy the promenade to experience art exhibits, free concerts, and various other summer activities throughout Steamboat Springs. Just a half-mile away is the Steamboat Ski Resort offering year-round activities! There's no shortage of things to do here no matter if you're visiting during summer or winter. Visitors in warm weather can also try kayaking, rafting, and fishing. Powder lovers, no matter their level of expertise, will be able to enjoy more than 150 trails and some of the best powder on the continent.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
