This corner 1-Bedroom condominium offers mountain and valley views as well as great ski access. The well-equipped kitchen has marble counters and new cabinetry. There is seating for four at the dining room table and another three at the kitchen counter. The living room has a TV with a DVD player, a gas fireplace, and access to the private balcony.

PLEASE NOTE: Storm Meadows 100 building is located on a hillside, entered from the parking lot on the 5th floor. The elevator only services floors 4 - 6. Stairs must be taken to access the slopes and hot tub.

Storm Meadows I at Christie Base is located directly off the Right-O-Way beginner's run at the base of the Steamboat Ski Area. Guests can easily access the slopes with a short walk from the property. At lunchtime or day's end, guests can ski or snowboard right back to their building.

This convenient property offers views of the ski slopes and south Yampa Valley., and is located just above Ski Time Square, putting apres-ski activities, shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Relish a relaxing soak in the hot tub after a day of indulging in Steamboat's legendary powder or other winter adventures.

This hillside building is entered from the parking lot on the fifth floor. The elevator services floors three through six. Stairs to the first level provide access to the slopes and hot tub.

During summer, enjoy the easy stroll along the Steamboat Ski Area promenade and the refreshing Rocky Mountain stream that flows through the base area, where summer activities and events such as free concerts and art exhibits enhance Steamboat Springs' splendid summertime surroundings.

Nice clean property although dated. Bed was large and comfortable. Everything we needed. It is ski in and walk out. We had to walk across the street, through another property and up to a run. Nice hot tub just a very small surrounding deck. We are happy we found it and happy with the stay.

Great location

If you are looking for clean and convenience to the ski resort this place is perfect! If you are looking for modern with nice amenities book a hotel. We could ski right up to the door and walk down some stairs to get on the mountain. Mattresses are not the comfiest but ski hard enough you won’t care.

Fun Start To The New Year

We have been coming to Steamboat since my kids were small and I have been coming since I was small! We have stayed in Storm Meadows almost every trip and love it. This particular condo was bigger than most 1 bedrooms and the king sized bed was a bonus!! Could use a little more silverware for a family of four, but overall, we were very happy with it!

Close to slope

This condo was as expected for the price paid. I'm always on a budget and this condo was in my price point. It was older but so what. The bed was comfy. The kitchen adequate. The location was nice. It is a walk across the street to the slope and ski down to the lift and then it's a ski-in. You just have to find the path. Two things I would fix: Put blackout blinds in the bedroom and the fireplace was not working for us.

Not Worth It.

The unit was old and not updated. We were told it was a ski in and ski out. It is not. You have to go up and down several flights of stairs and walk across a road to Gert to the ski slope. The unit is full of garage sale furniture, one of the burners on the stove did not work, the $17.00 Black and Decker coffee pot constantly burned the coffee, and the 28" "Big screen TV" with 3 remotes didn't cut it. This unit was complete rip off. Never again!

Small Improvements Needed

While we thought the location was perfect initially, the hike back to the room anytime we went to the base or beyond grew extremely tiresome. Because there was no bus service provided and very few drivers like Uber, we walked way too much. In addition, the condo unit is in pretty desperate need of some upgrades like a new mattress for the bed and a television with many more viewing possibilities. We had to prop the tiny TV up on a chair to even see it from the couch, and there were no cards or games for evening activities. Overall, the experience was okay, and the place was cozy, but we felt that these basics in a rental are standard expectations.

Boat Trips are Fun

Very enjoyable trip! Ideal size & location for us two guys. We loved the Quick, easy early checkin. Ski storage locker is large & convenient. Clean unit with desirable view of slopes! Unit needs a modern flat screen TV, say 40” . Enjoy your next Boat Trip!
