Wake up each morning to take in your surroundings through floor-to-ceiling windows, curl up with a newspaper in the warmth of the gas fireplace, or simply head out the door for a thrilling day on the slopes. You'll come home to a private washer/dryer to refresh your snowy clothes, an attached bathroom for each of the two bedrooms, and a pair of flatscreen TVs and a DVD player to make movie nights a breeze. Within the Dulany at the Gondola community, you'll also have access to two outdoor hot tubs, a firepit to gather around each evening, and a convenient winter shuttle service.

This condo is part of Dulany at the Gondola, a lovely complex that sits a few steps south of the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. You'll be enviably positioned to take advantage of the resort's 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain, highlighted by the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Come summertime, you can easily go mountain biking or hiking, take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest), or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved, multi-use trail that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown Steamboat Springs, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and wonderful restaurants that include The Laundry, Salt and Lime, and Carl's Tavern, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.
