Our reviews are all outstanding and with a high-level of repeat guests, we know you will not be disappointed. For the summer months, please be aware that the home has air conditioning in the master bedroom and in the upstairs bedroom and rec rooms only. The lower level stay pretty cool.

From comfortable beds to high-end linens and furnishings, you will not find anything that compares in this price range. Perfect for a multi-family vacation, this luxury Steamboat lodging opportunity features large kitchen, multiple en-suite bathrooms, the Wii Loft, a media/rec room with shuffleboard table, and a custom-made dining room table that seats up to 16 guests. Incredible space with plenty of room to spread out!! So many great amenities and places to hang with a big group. Great location right on the bus route with easy access to the base area. Our favorite parts were the hot tub and the gigantic dining room table!

We had a GREAT stay at this house during our Spring Break 2026 trip to Steamboat. 7 Adults and 6 kids and we had plenty of room. The Hot Tub was clean, the Game Room was a ton of fun and the kitchen and dining room were designed for a group vacation. Wendy was great to work with. Excellent communication! The Free Shuttle stop is 200 paces from the front door and runs on time every 20 minutes. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Wendy our host was fabulous! Greeted us at the door with a welcoming smile! She was very thorough on check in and available throughout our stay! The location of this mountain home was perfect for our family! Well appointed kitchen and generally had everything to feel like a home away from home. The fireplaces and hot tub made for great relaxation. The steam shower in the master was amazing! Great place for a large group. The kids hung out upstairs and the adults claimed the main level.

Amazing House and Location

Amazing, Spacious Home with All The Amenities!

Our stay at the Alpenglow villa property was outstanding. Wendy, the property manager, made everything seamless. The home had more than enough space for our group of 9. We thoroughly enjoyed the living area with beautiful views of the mountains, warming up by the fireplace, taking a dip in the hot tub and playing a few rounds of shuffleboard. The bus pick up is super convenient - only a couple of houses away, and the drive to the mountain is only a couple of minutes. The heated garage made it simple to get ski ready along with the heated driveway, which helped immensely. Everything was clean and comfortable - would definitely here stay again!

Great house & host

The house was great. We had 11 people and we had plenty of beds and bathrooms. The location is great with easy access to the city bus lines and an easy walk to the ski base if you don’t want to wait on the bus.The real difference was the personal check-in from Wendy who walked us through the house and gave us all of the tips about the house. She came by personally also to help us figure out why the dishwasher wasn’t working.Overall this is a fantastic property and Wendy is an incredible host.

Beautiful HUGE Home

This home has it all
and I do mean ALL! Whether it is the beautiful location, the VIEWS, the oversized rooms, the super comfy beds, the grill, the game room, the hot tub, the kitchen
let me say that one more time
 THE KITCHEN!!! It is stunning and super big and was able to handle the flow of people during 3 meals at our family reunion we had. The kitchen is stocked with all the equipment/utensils/pots & pans/dishes
.everything x2 or maybe x3 and even has a variety of spices that are available to you! The bathrooms have ALL the items (in the event you forget yours at home). Now - let’s talk about the host
 Wendy was SUPERB in her communication and making sure that we were aware of everything in the home and how it all operated, she was very thorough in our check-in/out process. She was an absolute joy to work with! This home and host definitely know how to make you comfortable and enjoy your getaway! Thank you Wendy for helping to make our family get together a success!

Spacious Mountain Home

Positives: This home is perfect for large groups/families, especially because of the two large common areas and kitchen/dining coupled with 3-4 separate bedroom suite areas for semi-privacy. The location is very convenient to the base of the ski mountain. The property manager Wendy is always available and very friendly and responsive. The house, including the kitchen, is well furnished. Concerns: this property needs improved maintenance/investment in upgrading by the owner, especially for a premium property like this. The cleaning/housekeeping could be better. The house does not have a large or attractive outdoor deck/patio or yard for groups in the front or back which is important for summer visitors. Overall: very good.

Great place for a family ski trip

We had 3 generations of the family for a week and the house was a great fit for all! Plenty of room to gather in the great room together and to have private space. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked every night. Shuttle service to the slopes was easy and very convenient. Lots of storage for skis and equipment in the garage. Had a lot of fun with the shuffleboard. Recommend grocery delivery from Safeway and the shuttle to Strawberry Park Natural Hot Springs! Amazing! Host was helpful and responsive when we had questions. Thanks for a great trip!

Perfect Family Ski Get-Away

House was amazing for a family get away. Plenty of rooms to relax but great big family room to hang together. Large kitchen for cooking together. The dining room even seats 14! Great location- 2min walk to the shuttle to slopes and downtown. Will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful week at this house in steamboat. Very good accommodation for our Family of 12. Great kitchen for cooking. Comfortable space for watching football games in Great Room. Plenty of options in the house to spread out . Puzzles to keep people busy. Heated garage for our cars. Just perfect for us.

We loved our stay. House was well appointed, very clean, and spacious so that we could spread out or come together in several communal areas. Wendy was grear. She responded very quickly to any questions we had. We would stay here again.

Great spring break

We had two families stay with 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 under 10. Space was great and comfy, well stocked, great location to the bus stop.

Stellar Mountain Home!

Was shocked to actually be greeted by the host Wendy, I can't remember when was the last time I had a proper check-in hotel style process with a rental like this. Not only was she kind and informative but she truly listened and had lots of great advice for us newcomers to Steamboat. Pictures don't do the house justice, it is spectacular and fantastic for multiple families. Easy access to the bus and the heated floors are quite amazing after a long day skiing. Highly recommend this home!

Great house!!

Immaculate house that was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 kids. More than enough room for everyone to spread out. All the rooms are large, heated garage/driveway was really nice and everyone enjoyed the hot tub and shuffleboard! Wendy was a great host
.making any requests very easy! The shuttle was fine for the most part
..but was full a couple times so had to wait for another shuttle. Loved the big dining table!!! We’ll definitely book again!
