A skiing vacay

The condo was perfect. Staff was lovely and the hot tub/pool was great! The mountain was super close and the shuttles were timely and convenient. The condo had laundry which was amazing, although the dryer squeaks some when it’s on. It was perfect for our family and we would totally stay here again.

Great location, clean, well laid-out, spacious apartment

We had a great time on our family ski trip. We are a family of 5 with kids 12-20yo. The apartment is nice and spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The balcony overlooks lower Burgess Creek which was beautiful with all the snow. We loved having a washer/dryer, ski locker in the garage, and a parking spot. The condo is very convenient to the mountain. We would love to stay again if we are lucky enough to return to Steamboat.

Great for family ski

Stayed here with my 5 and 7 year old and it worked great! They were in the room with the twins and we had a king. We loved the hot tub and loved that we could walk to Gondola Square. We have stayed at Canyon Creek two years in a row because it works so well!

We used to live in Steamboat so we’re familiar with location & even looked at a unit for sale. Our family lives in Steamboat and a son near Boulder. We found it very convenient for walking or driving to those locations. Enjoyed several + restaurants so only ate breakfast at the condo & sometimes lunch. Liked Hot Tub. Might make card entry to garage more convenient. Could barely reach it. We found the property & condo to be lovely.

Get away in Steamboat

Small family group getting away together. Condo was pleasant, well furnished and provided great access to the slopes for those intent on snow sports. Only complaint is not directed at management, but at fellow guests who selfishly refused to wear masks in the common areas of the complex during a time the Omicron variant of COVID is surging throughout Colorado, and especially in ski resort counties - like Routt.

Great Condo, Close to Base

Very nice condo in a newer, well-kept community. Condo has almost everything we needed while enjoying our Steamboat vacation. Kitchen is fully stocked, lots of pillows and extra linens were available. Furniture was comfortable and there is a nice view from the deck. In fact, we saw a small brown bear roaming through the meadow behind the building. Bell hop cart, elevator and underground parking made checking in and checking out a breeze. Only minor suggestion we had was to supply 4 umbrellas in the coat closet, it rained every day we were there and didn't think to bring umbrellas.

Very well maintained, clean, and a nice view from the balcony! The management was stellar - clear, flexible and helpful. We walked to everything we needed (this property is very close to the gondola area) until we drove into historic Steamboat for a nice day on the river.

Nicely-furnished unit

The unit feels more spacious than it looked in the pictures, and the funrnishings are very nice. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Underground parking easy to get in/out of. Top floor means nobody walking on your head although we did hear some neighbor noise. Shuttles run frequently if you don't want to hike to the ski area with your gear. We would stay here again.
