This beautifully updated top-floor townhome offers a perfect mountain retreat in a private, smaller complex just a short walk from the base of the mountain. Spanning two levels, the home boasts sweeping views of the South Valley and Emerald Mountain from a spacious private balcony—ideal for sipping your morning coffee or relaxing with a glass of wine.

The main level features an open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings, cozy stone fireplace, and stylish western decor. Entertainment options include a flat-screen TV and a Bluetooth JBL Flip speaker for enjoying music or streaming your favorite shows.

The fully remodeled kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring stainless steel appliances, gorgeous granite countertops, a built-in coffee maker, a wine cooler, and seamless access to the dining and living spaces—perfect for entertaining.

Also on the main level is the serene master suite, complete with a king bed, private remodeled full bath, and a full-sized stackable washer and dryer for added convenience.

We loved the proximity to the slopes (15min walk) and the bus stop (2 min walk). We had thanksgiving there and had most of the kitchen cookware we needed to get it done. Games and puzzles were available. Overall very cozy stay!

Great stay!

Excellent condo - clean, spacious, good amenities. There is a community hot tub/pool. Easy location to the ski resort and city bus, but Retreatia also offered a free shuttle to the resort and downtown, which was amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

Family/ friend ski week

My son and friends from montana enjoyed the week snowboard over their winter break. We joined them later. The townhouse was perfect for everyone to enjoy themselves. The hot tub was perfect after a day on the mountain. It was also a great location as we were able to just walk to the base easily.

Fantastic property!

We come to Steamboat annually for our "siblings trip" with my brothers and our kids. This property was perfect for our families. The amenities were everything we needed, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, plenty of fans, a beautiful view etc.! We needed a nightlight in the bunk room for the kids and I was able to find one easily. The condo is located near the base but be sure to be prepared for a good cardio workout if you walk because the walk back is uphill ;) The updates in this condo were beautiful and we really, really enjoyed our time here. Thank you for keeping the price affordable to allow families to make core memories here, we can't wait to return!

Great time and location

We went Spring Skiing in Steamboat and had a great time at this location. It wasn't a bad walk to and from the base or you could take the shuttle. The home was as described, well appointed kitchen and we cooked almost every meal there. Surpisingly the kids (just out of college) had a blast with all the puzzles that were there and many other games. The place was very clean, and the bathrooms and kitchen appear to be updated in the past 4 years. Plenty of space and hot tub across parking lot was a hit every evening!

Great Condo. Not so Great Location.

The location to the slopes was not accurate. It says 1 block, but it was a 15 minute downhill walk to the gondola. It also says ski-in, but it's a 10 minute walk downhill once you get off the slopes. The condo was spacious with a wonderful fireplace and lovely views. The shuttle was handy, but you have to plan ahead and reserve for each ride that you need. Check-in location is near downtown, about 3-4 miles from the condo.

Nice Place, Great Support

Place is located very well for skiing/snowboarding. If you figure out the path, it's almost ski back. Walking over to start is fairly easy. Shuttle is nice, but at times the wait makes it impractical. Had some issue at the place and the office support was outstanding !!

Very nice townhouse/condo in excellent location!

I've been going to Steamboat for 40 years and know the area well but had not stayed in this particular location. I really liked it and the townhouse was very nice with tons of space for our family to spread out. The spacious living room had a nice fireplace, although it did overheat the wifi a couple of times because the router was right on top and we couldn't move it. The bedrooms are great with one of the uppers having a nice bunkbed setup, plus a loft area with couch for hanging out, doing work, etc. The hot tub / pool area is also nice and just a short walk across the parking lot. But the walk to the slopes is a couple of blocks so just be prepared for a bit of a huff in boots after a long day of Steamboat pow pow. Overall a really nice place and we will likely come back again.

Great family ski weekend

This property is perfect! It was clean, comfortable, and it didn’t hurt that the views were gorgeous from the balcony! The hot tub and pool were great and not far at all 
 short one minute walk across the parking lot. In addition, the shuttle service was very convenient and easy to book to get to the Steamboat gondola.

Great place for our family ski trip

Two master bedrooms and a room with a pair of bunks was great for our family. The shuttle that you could schedule was nice, just ensure you schedule desired time in advance for peak times (opening and closing our mountain). We would choose to stay here again.

Steamboat

Location is good. Condo is fine. Nice view of the valley. Description reads it sleeps 10, we were 7, but provided only 5 towels. Fireplace and TV worked only sporadically. Dishwasher and oven are certainly showing wear and tear. Temp was hard to control with really hot upstairs and cold downstairs. Ultimately, we are all good friends in Steamboat to ski. These were more inconveniences than deal breakers.

Great group stay for access to the mountain

The property suited our needs very well for a ski trip with a group of 10 friends. The house has everything you need and offers a great space for gathering pre and post skiing. It is a short walk to get to the gondola and was overall very accessible. While we weren't a rowdy bachelor party or anything like that, we did notice that some of the neighbors were quick to complain about noise at the hot tub, even during times well before quiet hours. This was only a real nuisance our first night, and would not deter me from coming back again.
