Welcome to Waterford 14, your ideal home base for a mountain adventure or a relaxing retreat! This spacious 3-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom townhome offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and convenience—just a short walk or shuttle ride from the slopes.

Layout and Amenities
Ground Floor:
Pull into your heated 2-car garage with space for all your gear. Step inside to a private indoor hot tub room—complete with a water feature, flat-screen TV, cycling lights, and a sound system—plus a convenient half bath. The garage also features ski/snowboard storage, an 8-pair boot dryer, and a workbench for gear tuning.

Main Level:
Enjoy an open-concept living area with a fully stocked kitchen, dining space, and plush leather sleeper sofas around a gas fireplace (operational Oct–Apr). Step out onto the covered deck, where you can grill, dine, or just unwind under the heater lights. A full bathroom and a flat-screen TV make this floor perfect for entertaining.

Top Floor:
You’ll find a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer and three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en suite bath. Every bedroom has a flat-screen TV, windows for natural light, and ceiling fans for added comfort.

Important Notes
No pets allowed
No overflow parking — Parking is restricted to two normal-sized cars in the garage and two normal-sized cars parked BEHIND the garage doors outside the garage ONLY. There is no overflow parking on the premises. To avoid being booted, park ONLY inside or in front of this garage. Do NOT block the garage access of other units. Vehicles parked outside designated spots are subject to booting.
The gas fireplace is off from May–September

Oven is not functional and this was not conveyed to us. Not the mention the place was lacking dish soap, and came with three trash bags. Guests should not have to buy these things for a place like this. Toilets were hardly functional. You can tell the place is spot cleaned. I expect more out of a place ran by a management company

Finding out the outdoor pool is seasonal was disappointing. And the living room chairs are worn out. The walk to lifts was easy. Indoor hot tub was nice and is serviced daily.

Great place

Place is fantastic. Great location. Plenty of space. Communication was a little tough with the property management though. We had gotten up to town late and you have to pick up keys. I never got the lock box instructions so I had to try and get ahold of someone. Again though, place is great.

Excellent Place

Two families (including five 19-yr old boys) stayed here for Spring Break. The unit was a great size for all of us and the kitchen is one of the best stocked (appliances and tools) that I have ever seen. The convenience of the HOA run ski bus was awesome and we loved having a private hot tub to soak in after a long day of skiing. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and well appointed ski condo

We had a great stay. The kitchen is well stocked and the cooks enjoyed making xmas dinner! It's spacious, warm and cozy. Hot tub was nice to have after the day skiing. The free HOA shuttle to the ski area at the road entrance is super nice to use. We were very happy with the rooms, heating, everything.

Easy stay

The rental was very well equipped to cook meals at. Place was clean and comfortable. Easy access to slopes by shuttle that picked you up not far from the unit. Loved having a place to store gear in the garage and keep your boots dry with the boot dryer. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a group stay in Steamboat Springs.

Worst Customer Service

The place was great and perfect for our family and my daughters birthday. However, the customer service I received from Molly at the front desk was unacceptable. The documentation provided for the shuttle to the mountain was inaccurate and she was unwilling to help us figure it out and wasted nearly 2hrs of my time trying to get a ride to/from skiing. We walked to Trappeurs to get a ride there and then the Retreatia driver took us to the Resort Group to get our code for the App so we could use the shuttle for a ride back to the concert. All she had to do was figure out how to get me a code for the app, but refused to do anything to help. Gave me numbers that didn’t work and told me to call figure it out. Totally BS and a disappointment.

Great stay

Stayed up here for a long weekend with some girlfriends. It was a beautiful property and located close to the stores we needed. We all enjoyed the amount of space. It was nice to spend time together but not feel as though we were crammed together the whole weekend. Will definitely be planning another trip here in the future.

All the amenities

Great spot for 12 of us. We go to Steamboat every year for a ski trip. This spot was perfect. The on-call shuttle service is incredible. We walked to the gondola once or twice. It's not too far although I can say the shuttle service was at our condo within 2 minutes of calling them. Great place to stay and plenty big enough.

Sharp knives!!! Ample toilet paper!!! Plenty of paper towels!!! And even enough dishwasher detergent (never ran out, in spite of running machine 2X per day, we eat a lot!!!). Very spacious, great for 6-10 people (though could hold more). Ski area shuttle on demand (just call them!). Hot tub in the unit is key! Big 2-car garage, room for boots, skis, etc... Stay here, you'll love it.
