The Waterford offers a fantastic and very unique Steamboat location. Tucked away on a private side street and surrounded by trees, you feel like you are in the woods, yet within walking distance of the gondola/base area.

This spacious four bedroom, four and a half bath, three level townhome feels more like a modern mountain cabin and features a two-car garage and a large deck with ample seating.

Solid fixtures and furnishings, fabulous flooring, beautiful tongue and groove wood ceilings and beams highlight the open living area on the main level.

The modern kitchen features gorgeous granite counter tops, beautiful wood cabinetry, stainless appliances and is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a meal.

The dining area provides seating for 6 around a fabulous dining table. There are also three seats next to the the dining table at the kitchen island.

Kick back and relax on the large, leather sofa and love seat and watch a game, movie or show on the flat screen tv or just take in the fabulous views and warm up in front of the enticing gas fireplace.

There is also an office area on the main level that includes a desk, chair and some storage. Combined with high speed Xfinity broadband WiFi, this makes the Waterford #26 perfect for your remote working and schooling needs.

Access both decks on the main level and enjoy Colorado outdoor living in a serene wooded setting.

There is also a powder room, as well as a full-size washer and dryer on this level.

Upstairs is where all three en suite bedrooms are located and include flat screen TVs, tons of storage and their own private, remodeled full bathrooms.

The king en suite has spectacular views, a walk in shower, double sink vanity and offers air conditioning via a mini split system.

The queen en suite also has magnificent views and a walk in shower.

The bunk en suite has a queen bed and twin XL over queen bunk bed with a double sink vanity, tub/shower combo shower and a huge closet.

Downstairs is the 4th bedroom with a queen bed. There is another bathroom in the hall with a walk in shower.

Most mountain residences, including this property (except for the master bedroom), do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

This property meets all my expectation. The kitchen is well equipped, especially the spices, there are 24 jars of spices per my counting. The place is clean and roomy, with three en-suite bedrooms plus two additional bathrooms. They are all clean and roomy. I would highly recommend this place.

Overall, it was nice. However, the garage doors have an automatic “close” on them. While unloading, the door closed on one of our cars, denting and scratching it. Neither the owner nor the property manager would take responsibility for damage caused to our property, by their property. When I reached out, I received a very dismissive response. Very disappointed that they would not address their response debility in the matter.

House is fine, very hot in the summer

The house is fine and can sleep a lot of people. We stayed here in July, and the biggest issue we had was the temperature. The house gets VERY hot and there is no AC except in one bedroom. We were trying to get ready for a wedding in the house on a very normal summer day (80 degrees), and it was so hot inside the house that people had to go to hotels to avoid dripping in sweat. When we asked the host for help resolving the issue, they told us our only option was to rent AC units from them for an additional $40/day per unit. This was very frustrating, as not only were they rather dismissive of our concerns, but also they were trying to make more money off of the situation. Considering how large groups staying in the house can be, the kitchen is pretty understocked in terms of cooking supplies. It was challenging to cook dinner with what was provided. I have had worse stays, but I would probably avoid this house if there are other options.

Fantastic family rental

This was a nice house that was well maintained and well equipped. We took the shuttle back and forth to the ski base area, which was easy to do. The two stall garage was very nice.

Christmas Week With Family

We were a family of 7 ranging in ages from 12 - 71 and the condo was perfect for us December 20 - 24, 2021. We all like to cook so the kitchen was perfect and so well stocked. Of course, we would have loved more snow for the skiers in the family but the snow arrived the day we left. The shuttle for the skiers was perfect as they picked up right at the driveway. The hot tub was great. There was room for everyone to have space and join together on the main floor. We had to call maintenance once and they arrived promptly and fixed the issue. The washer and dryer was so helpful for ski clothes, etc. We will certainly consider this property again in the future.

Loved it!

We loved everything about this property! Our teen boys were thrilled they didn’t have to share a bed. They didn’t have to share a bathroom either! In-floor heat in the bathrooms was divine. Everything was really clean & well kept. Comfortable beds, & beautiful linens. The kitchen was well appointed to cook any meal & our kids loved the milk frothers for cocoa! The hot tub was glorious! Upon first sitting the chemicals would burn the eyes a bit but opening a window helped. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
