Had to find a place to stay on the way to a remote fish camp in Ontario. Kenora hotel prices were pretty high, and not many were well-reviewed. Looked at Steinbach, which comes across as being a smaller town on the maps, but it's actually larger than Kenora, with an impressive infrastructure. The Sleep Suite was less than $100 USD for two queen beds and a scaled-down breakfast. Clean, simple, modern, comfortable. The staff were all wearing the same shirts, and were concerned about the speed of service - nice. There were the usual amount of chips, dings on the furniture and fixtures from some use, but I thought it was surprisingly good accommodations for the price and location. The smell of bleach from cleaning was a bit heavy, and they could expand the breakfast options - those are my only suggestions. Highly recommended.

We had sever people staying several nights in several rooms. We’ve stayed multiple times before. Staff were friendly. Parking is free and plenty. Getting into the parking lot is a bit if a fuss. Prices are affordable but the property is starting to run down and show wear and tear. The beds were still comfortable enough but the air conditioning/ heaters needed a good cleaning, which staff did as soon as it was pointed out. Breakfast is yogurt, cereal, muffins/bread and hard boiled eggs. But, if you want somewhere affordable, albeit simple, this is a good spot.

Didn't know how the tv cable shimoz worked, so without that was annoyimg, but the hastle to get help is always a long, late connection when the geeks get in to help in our experience where-ever else. Breakfast a little lame, but had coffee!
