Dont stay at the Rodeway Inn, Stephenville, TX

Holes in walls, stains on sheets and bed covers, bugs in dresser drawers and smoke detectors dangling from the ceiling. Tried to get money back but the barefoot guy at the front desk never came to the desk. I decided it was safer to cut my loss sleep in my car.

The convenience of being around everything in town was nice but the room we were in the bathroom light flickered really bad and with my wife’s epilepsy it made it to where we couldn’t use the bathroom light at all.

Only as a last resort

When we arrived, this hotel said they did not have my reservation and could only offer me an upgraded room at a premium price. After talking to some colleagues at the event we were attending, we were not the only ones they tried this with.
Thank you to Hotels.com, they found us other cleaner accommodations in town.
