Great lil cabin. Spacious bathroom and nice kitchen and living room area. The cabin was clean and a really nice spot to stay at in Sterling. Communicating with the owner also great as he responded immediately to a dead battery in one of the smoke detectors and it was fixed. Loved my stay in Sterling!

It was very nice, comfortable cabin, with plenty features to utilize, deep freezer, stocked kitchen, back balcony w fire pit & gas BBQ grill. Only reason 4stars not 5 is that there was a front door that locked us out, & no key, and a security alarm beeped for hours, both were dissappointing, however after contacting host, we were able to get in, and their mantenance guy was able to dismantle the annoying beep from alarm. Other than those incidents, the place is great, hopefully they will change the door knob, so noone gets locked out like I did .

This is an excellent cabin that is close to the Kenai River! The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are super comfortable, the location is perfect and close to everything you would need to include grocery stores and gas. The location is very quiet and sitting on the back patio all you hear is the sound of the river! The mudroom of the cabin was extremely convenient to remove our waiters and hang them instead of going into the cabin... which was a big plus! We would highly recommend this cabin, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time fishing and coming back to the serenity of the back porch with a fire pit!

This was a nice place to stay and my husband would stay there again. Only two issues that came up were the barbeque grill was not working and they did not have sponges etc. to clean dishes. They went to the store to buys some. Other than that, it was good.

Striking Silver (s) in Alaska

My wife, sister and a long time friend stayed in the cabin for 5 nights. The cabin was cozy, but well appointed, with a fish freezer in the mud room and ample space to get ready in the morning. It is also a 2 minute drive to Bing's landing where we met our Guide - Jeff Moore (Wet and Wild AK Fishing) who was tremendous! The downstairs bedroom was small, but the bed was very comfortable, the loft is roomy with two beds. I would recommend this cabin for 4 people max, although there is a pull out, it would be tight living! The back deck is large and was great in the long afternoon's. We had sun everyday! We laughed and drank too much wine but had a great time in this cabin. I would recommend it to anyone...added bonus...We never ran out of hot water and the kitchen knives were actually sharp!! Only improvement would be better fry pans!

Great Cabin!

We had a fishing charter for Reds on the Kenai River 
. This cabin was perfect for our family! There is a brand new food saver here to use and a new chest freezer in the pantry closet in the kitchen! It sure was a nice convenience that we didn’t know was here! We will be back again for sure!
