A very well-appointed little apartment, really convienient for Stevenage town centre and the Old Town area. I would certainly book again.

Extremely disappointing
Advertises itself as luxurious, barely offers the base line of amenities found in even the cheapest apart-hotels
No shampoo/bodysoap. No hair dryer. Broken shower head. Broken shower drain. Broken curtains. Broken oven light. No A/C, only heating. WiFi password not working, so you cant even use the smart features of the tiny google-based TV. Was informed to ask for free parking if needed, so i did. They never got back to me. Parking is horrible, as people pre-order the parking for the entire day. Key chip only works half the time. Then they have the audacity to leave a manual stating that they want you to clean the apartment like if it was your own home before you leave.. it's advertised as a serviced apartment, but it sure didn't offer any services. No information on the fitness centre thats supposedly really close by. Bed and pillows were really uncomfortable, and for some reason its just two single beds pushed together. In what world is this luxurious? I have gotten better apart-hotels for a third of the price in central London. Border-line false advertisement

Mooi appartement op goede afstand van Londen. Het appartement is zeer rustig gelegen en is voorzien van alle voorzieningen.
