Spacious & Modern Berkshires Getaway

Absolutely stunning 2018 build less than 1 mile from downtown Stockbridge and an 8 minute drive to Ski Butternut and downtown Great Barrington. This 3 bedroom 3.5 bath is tucked away on a private road with one acre of peace and quiet. The grounds are immaculately maintained with a sitting area surrounding a Solostove firepit and a 6 person hot tub on the private back patio.
Enter on the main level to experience 11ft ceilings spanning the light filled open floor plan. Main floor features the dining area, which seats up to 6-8 people, modern kitchen, and the living room with floor to ceiling stone remote controlled fireplace and a 50" smart TV. This floor also features the primary bedroom with a private bathroom and a large walk in closet. Enjoy the furnished deck off the dining area and utilize the laundry room past the kitchen, as well as the half bath and ample closet storage.
Lower level features a large bedroom with a private bathroom, and another bedroom with a full bathroom. Unwind and hangout in the lower den area with a wrap around couch, a 65" smart TV, and ample books and games. Walkout to the hot tub and firepit.
Relax with the quiet woods and peaceful interior, stay connected and entertained with high speed internet and smart televisions, and explore the trails, lakes, mountains, arts and country life of the Berkshires.

First-time skiers

I stayed here with my husband and daughter, and friends with their kids, and all the kids took their first ski lessons at Otis Ridge. The house had the perfect layout for our group of 7, with all of us fitting easily at the dining table, plenty of room to spread out in the living room, and 3 kids happily sharing the bunks+twin room. We enjoyed the fireplace, the playground, the hot tub, and the fire pit. We were glad to have the 3.5 bathrooms, with each king bedroom having an en suite, a separate bathroom by the kids room, and the powder room right by the front door. The house was clean, and the host was welcoming and responsive to our queries. The one con is that one king bedroom is directly under the living room, so when people are running and jumping (or even walking) in the living room, you hear it very loudly while in that bedroom.

Comfortable and Peaceful

Enjoyed 3 weeks at the lovely house tucked away in Stockbridge. Excellent location, nicely furnished, comfortable. Only downside is the lack of a screened porch during a damp, buggy summer. Loved the bunnies who live in the neighborhood.

Great stay in Stockbridge

We had a wonderful week at this lovely home in Stockbridge. The owner was always available and very responsive. The house was spacious, well equipped and always felt bright (despite the rain and storms this week). The location was great. Only a mile walk to Main Street in Stockbridge in one direction and the other direction takes you to a beautiful quiet , shaded , hilly road that was great for walks, birding , and jogging. Our kids loved all of the birds and bunnies that went flying and running around the lovely grassy yard. The hot tub was an added bonus! There was a fire pit but with all the rain we weren’t able to put it to use. We would definitely stay at this home again! Highly recommend.

Perfect!

What a perfect winter getaway! The house had everything we needed and then some, the layout was perfect for our family with teenagers and the hot tub was the best way to end each day. Close to shops, skiing, art food and more. Easy check in and out with great communication.. Thanks for a great stay!

Modern home in great location

Great house! Close to Main St. in Stockbridge and less than 10 minutes from Butternut. The two living areas on the main floor and lower level provide plenty of room for guests to spread out. Kitchen is well stocked and large dining table is perfect for family dinners. The hot tub was a big hit. Zach was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We hope to return again soon!

Perfect Berkshires getaway!

Amazing find! brand new home and even still has the new house smell. Fully stocked kitchen with also brand new appliances/ pans/etc. The owners thought of everything (really) and Zach is really responsive. We have 5 kids and fit comfortably. 2 minutes away from Stockbridge Main st. Nice quiet location central to all the Berkshire attractions. Thanks so much!
