Situated on George Lane, you'll find excellent transport links with easy access to Manchester and Stockport town centre. You will have access to the entire Annex and the private fenced garden. Main house estate is not part of this booking.

+ 15-20mins by Taxi, such as Uber (Cost estimate. £25.00)
+ By train: Train only go to Manchester which is not a good option.
+ By bus: Take the 199 to Stockport Exchange then take 330 to Bredbury.

Before you book:
Sofa Bed Usage - Additional charges apply for the usage of sofabed, regardless of number of guests. Please let management team know if you wish to use the sofabed, and if you'd like us to dress the bed prior to your arrival. You must give us as much advance notice as possible to give us chance to facilitate this otherwise it may become unavailable to use during your stay.

House Rules:
1. No smoking inside premises
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am
6. Minimum age to book is 22.
