Check in was bad. Only 1 person on duty and she was on the phone with a future guest for about 10 minutes, leaving me and 2 other guests trying to check in standing and waiting. Room was good and clean but hallways were hot and trash can had trash sitting on top

We had a great stay: staff were kind and helpful, rooms were clean, beautiful lobby area, spacious outdoor parking. We really enjoyed the hot breakfast, juices and coffee was perfect. Thank you :)

awful place!

The room was not great. The curtains were in shreds (literally) and the blackout curtains were so old, they had holes throughout them. The people above us had a child who was running, stomping, jumping constantly well past 10pm. I finally had to call the desk and ask them to call the room. Breakfast was so bad, everything went into the garbage. The sausage was burned black and impossible to cut. Coffee was not drinkable. Sausage gravy looked like it only had pepper in it. Terrible place

Hotel was in a good location near the university and Interstate access. Unfortunately, I booked because the Hotels site listed their was a lounge on the property, but upon check in found that it has been closed for several years. The clerk was sympathetic and upgraded our room, which was nice, but that didn't provide the lounge we were looking for after a long day of driving.

Workers were very nice,,, the price is great too. Its not safe place though. I can smell drugs all over. I had to turn on the AC because of the smell of the urin of the carpet. And i didnt want to ask my room to be changed because it feels more safe. By the way breakfast is great too for the price.
