Summary:

Make the most of Stowe’s winter charm in this convenient 3-bedroom condo, set just across from Alchemist Brewing. With restaurants, shops, and breweries all close by, and the ski shuttle a short walk away, you’ll have easy access to everything that makes Stowe a favorite winter destination. Whether you’re carving down the mountain or exploring the village, this condo offers a comfortable retreat at the end of the day.



The Space:

Step inside and shake off the snow—this condo is designed with winter stays in mind. A hall bench with catch tray provides the perfect spot to kick off snowy boots and keep the entryway tidy.



The living room invites you to gather around the fireplace after a day on the slopes. A cozy couch and loveseat offer plenty of space to relax, while the TV adds an option for evening entertainment.



The dining area, just off the living room, makes it easy to share meals together, and the galley kitchen comes fully equipped with full-sized appliances and ample counter space for cooking hearty dinners after a cold day outdoors.



Large windows brighten the common areas with natural light, offering a cheerful contrast to the winter landscape outside.

The pool is now open from 9 am to 9 pm. The doors now automatically lock at 9 and the lights will automatically dim. The pool code will be included in your check-in packet.

** Amenity Notice: Our Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, and Fitness Center are temporarily closed for maintenance and are expected to reopen after September 2025. Thank you for your patience. **



*Location: The resort is built on a hillside, and guests should be aware that stairs are required to access various parts of the property.



*Please note that there is no elevator available. There are approximately 11 steps to the unit.



*Due to the wells, it will take time for the water to heat up.



*Wi-Fi Services: Basic Wi-Fi services are provided, but guests should be aware that due to the mountainous location, Wi-Fi services may be limited. The Wi-Fi network will not support streaming services.



Please Note: We do our best to keep all amenities open and well-maintained, but occasional maintenance issues may come up. If they do, our team works quickly to get things back on track.



On April 10, 2024, the EPA updated the Maximum Contaminant Levels (MCLs) for PFAS in public drinking water. Vermont has issued a "Do Not Drink" order. This means residents should avoid using tap water for drinking, cooking, or any other consumptive use. Bottled water is available at the pool center building from 9 AM to 9 PM. We are working with state officials to address the issue and will update you on further actions.



(Cancellations incur a $50 fee for deposit refunds (excludes Airbnb bookings).

Great acomidations and comterble bed. The only issue was that we couldn't check in until four, and the office closed at 4. I had to call the answering service and get the code, which was annoying. Same deal with checkout. Also, there was no wifi.

The interior was a bit tight for 5 adults. Bedrooms didn't have much elbow room. Kitchen was similarly snug. On the other hand, the large covered deck was a big plus when the weather allowed! As far as the condition of the unit I'd say it was clean but a bit dated. Bathroom vents were inadequate and noisy. Knobs were falling off in a few places. No serious issues. Check in (after hours) was simple though they neglected to provide the WiFi password and wouldn't provide it over the phone - I had to go back to the office in the morning to get it. The water situation is annoying. They provided a one gallon glass jug which could be filled near the pool across the way - we were refilling twice a day. Hopefully they'll come up with a better solution by next season.

Cozy stay & great location

My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at this cozy 3 BR property in Stowe. Its location was roughly 10 mins from the slopes and it was centrally located to just about all the food and shopping options in town. The apartment was easy to access at the front of the building, which made loading and unloading much easier. It was also very close (walking distance) to the pool building when you cut across the parking lot, which made my kids happy. Despite it being in a complex with multiple units, it was extremely quiet. We had a fun & relaxing stay and would definitely return.

Great Stay, Convenient to Alchemist, Stowe Village, and Mtn

Great location and property. Location is definitely convenient to the Alchemist, and easy to get into town or up to the ski area. Neat and clean inside, beds all comfortable, as were the couches. Amenities all as advertised, the pool, hot tub, gym, and laundry were all just one building over, so easy to get to. Only thing to note is that if you want to do laundry, there is not a change machine so you should plan to bring quarters (that's a complex-wide thing, not specific to this unit).Overall, a great choice.

Great Location, Get What You Pay For

Stayed here for a summer trip. Great location. Nice view with huge covered deck. Felt very private. Apartment is easy to access and close to pool and laundry. A/C was very noisy but we only needed it during the day when we weren't there. Very dusty fans but otherwise clean. Check in process wasn't very clear. I recommend calling the actual resort to arrange key pick up. Also would have been nice to know in advance about the Do Not Drink restriction at the time of our visit so we were better prepared. 7/10, would stay again.
