Newly Updated Condo At The Village Green Townhouse Condominium Resort

Sleeping accommodations are two private bedrooms with 1 king bed and 1 queen. The sofa in the living room has 1 queen size sleeper and 1 twin sleeper (comfortable sleeper sofa! No springs, no bars, no sagging).

* Check in is guaranteed by 4:00 pm - Check out is at 10:00 am

This unit has ONE owner - NOT a timeshare unit in the Village Green at Stowe which is mainly Timeshares.

The Resort has a heated Indoor pool, Outdoor pool during the summer, Jacuzzi, Sauna, dressing rooms and showers, tennis courts, and game room are located in the Resort Recreation area.

Walking distance to several restaurants and a 6 mile drive to Stowe Mountain Resort.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. My only issue was the air conditioning had been turned off, but the weather was unseasonably hot so we had to have the windows open and fans onwhile we were there. Of note, all the bathrooms are upstairs which is slightly inconvenient. But I would recommend staying there.

The unit was fine. The bathrooms were adequate but the bathtubs had old tile and could use a freshening up.The kitchen needs a 4 slice toaster. There wasn't space in the kitchen to store dry goods. We were there for 6 weeks and had to use the counters for storage. The location was good - near the laundry and pools.

Condo in excellent condition. Clean and everything working. Lots of hot water and warm. 10 min drive to Stowe, 45 min drive to Smuggler's notch. Highly recommend. Owner very responsive if needed. Hot Tub and pool wonderful.

Nice Place - Great Location

We stayed here for the solar eclipse weekend and it was the perfect spot. It was clean and comfortable and Theresa was accommodating and quick to respond to our questions. The location was fantastic. Right near Alchemist and a short drive to the downtown Stowe area. Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable Town home

Theresa’s unit has been updated from the original Village Green style. New appliances, AC, carpet and furniture were very much appreciated. The unit was extremely clean. We have been staying at the Village Green for years and love it for its great location - so close to the rec path, restaurants, shops and Cady Hill.

Anniversary Ski Getaway February 2022

We stayed at the Stowe Village Green condo for an anniversaryski getaway. It is a beautiful well appointed condo with great on site amenities,close to shopping, dining, and the mountain.The property itself is clean, comfy, and cozy.The owner is quickly responsive to any questions or concerns. The condo was clean and comfortable and in a great location. It’s a 10 minute drive to the ski area and 5 minute drive to the shops downtown. We liked that we could snowshoe out the back door and on the Stowe golf course next door.
