Located in the heart of Stowe Village, you can't beat The Acorn House's ideal LOCATION… one house down from scenic "Main" street and just steps away from many of Stowe's most popular shops and restaurants, as well as the Stowe Bike/Rec Path. Recently-renovated light-filled open studio with parking right outside your door. Grab your gear and head to the slopes or meander thru the village and see for yourself why everyone loves Stowe, VT.
The space
Location, Location, Location! Smack dab in the center of Stowe Village where you can hop on the free shuttle to the slopes or hop on the bike path for a walk, jog or bike ride. Stowe Village market is a quick walk around the corner, where you can pick up any grocery items that you might want during your stay. We just finished renovating the space so everything is new... new kitchen, appliances, bathroom, linens... and all tastefully decorated for your use. If you don't feel like going out to eat the kitchen is fully equipped to prepare the perfect meal. You will have no trouble sleeping in the comfortable king bed, while your kids are snuggled up under their flannel duvet covers nearby. The radiant heat throughout the space will keep your toes toasty warm. This unique space is just waiting to be enjoyed!
We happily provide: coffee and tea, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, towels, extra blankets and pillows, WiFi and streaming TV.
Please note:
- No pets, no exceptions
- Our home is right next door to the Acorn House, so we share our driveway and yard with you. You will get a designated parking spot.
- The studio is up a flight of stairs
- No cable TV, although we provide live TV through our guest Hulu account. Feel free to log into your own accounts (Hulu, Netflix, etc.)
- Although there is no laundry, the laundromat is at the end of our street.
