Publié le 12 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayeverything was great with one exception. There were no pots larger than a 3 quart pan, plenty of coffee cups but only 1 water glass, 6 4oz juice cups and 13 dinner plates, seems odd.

Nice stay
Publié le 4 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThe condo is dated but the owner has made many upgrades. New appliances, new floors, new couch, new cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms. Needs to upgrade shower. Only 2 large mugs for coffee. Rest are very small. I had asked a couple of questions of property manager but never heard back on one of them.

Great Location Great Price
Publié le 9 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayUnit was spotless. Comfortable beds and couch. Could use some kitchen items. Stock pot, strainer, good frying pans, serving bowls and more cups, silverware and dishes. I will definitely be back next year.

We had some issues with inconsistent heat in the bedrooms - some stayed very cold. The gas fireplace also gave us some issues but we’re addressed by maintenance. The beds were not comfortable but the sectional was.

Publié le 19 août 2022 sur HomeAwayWe walked in at 4:00 on Aug 12. The whole house was in disarray . The dining room table & chairs were in the kitchen. Beds were apart . TVs were in the hall all apart.
Couch was filthy when pulled out.
Theresa cleaned. And was very good.
TVs didn’t work in LR & Hall BR.
It worked out but not sure I would rent with either Vacasa or Vrbo ever again.

Great location terrible beds
Publié le 24 mars 2022 sur HomeAwayCan’t beat the location. Right by everything u need and only 10 mins from the mountain. Beds are unbearable so don’t expect to get your needed rest after skiing. I ended up sleeping on the couch. Place smelled like mold and some of the bathroom fixtures were hanging and barely mounted. Only gave 3 stars because of the location.

Publié le 15 mars 2022 sur HomeAwayLooks like it was rushed to be cleaned to turn it over. Dirty clothes under beds and trash behind the couch. Almost every room had physical damage also - towel bars and hinges ripped out of walls and poorly draining on almost all sink/toilets. I personally wouldn’t choose a vascasa property again but I am sure this place will continue to rent back to back to back due to the price and the won’t make any repairs
