A lovely girly relaxing weekend away jn Portpatrick hotel with excellent staff who couldnt do enough for you all very young but so polite and thoughtfully obliging will definitely be back soon thabk you to all.
It is a lovely hotel. The staff were brilliant. Nothing was a problem. Very Clean. It is suitable for all walks of lives. Only one thing i would say is that it could do with a lick of paint to freshen it up.
The location of the hotel is outstanding on the cliff top overlooking the harbour and the sea.
The rooms are comfortable.
On our last stay however the breakfast buffet service was disappointing, with a lack of hot food for around 30 minutes

The room was small but ok but the meal and breakfast service was totally abysmal I think 2 hours to serve a starter and main meal was far to long and no breakfast laid out till past 9.30.The restaurant wasn't even that busy
Stunning views. Hotel is situated on a cliff edge overlooking the sea. I could sit and stare at that view all day,
Hotel was short staffed but I think to be fair they’ve just been caught out by being very busy out of season, food was great and I’d definitely recommend it.
Staff are all friendly, from the receptionist who had a sore ankle to to the Manageress, the waitresses and night manager all made you feel very welcome.
Everyone had a good attitude and couldn’t have done anymore to help us during our stay.
Rooms are in need of a wee refurb but I’d still return as it is, given the friendly staff and reasonably priced food and drink, it’s a great choice for a wee random night away. 10/10 from me.
Lovely loction overlooking the harbour of Portpatrick. Staff are friendly and the service was good ie bar and restaurant.

My wife orderer liverpatti for starter they brought her soup she said she ordered liverpatti but they brought salmon which she detests her meal was completely ruined this was an anniversary gift from our daughter,we were very disappointed
We had a super stay at this hotel. We checked in with a lovely receptionist Sophie, who was was warm and friendly. Our room was super with a lovely four poster bed and superb view. I had phoned ahead a few days prior as it was a special occasion and we appreciated the room that was given to us . I am sure the receptionist had made sure we received the lovely room.
We had dinner also in the hotel dining room and every member of staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming, dinner was also lovely. A very relaxing and super stay at this lovely hotel.
Staff very friendly & helpful if a little thinly spread. Hotel nice and comfortable. Small menu for a 4 night stay. Specials were the same every night except the soup which changed twice. Had a nice time overall.
We had a great stay from start to finish. Everything was amazing but the best it was the staff. They were all so polite, efficient, attentive and smile. Hats of too you all amazing service.
Stayed one night after coming off Stena ferry from Belfast.
Grand old building on the cliff top.
Fantastic outlook over the harbour and sea beyond.
Nice harbour area to visit with places to eat and drink.
We are at this accommodation. Food was good and reasonably priced. Service was very good.
Hotel itself has been renovated in parts, however, still reflects its age in places.
Our room was spacious and the beds comfortable.
Bathroom very small. Shower and water pressure not great.
What a lovely hotel with really nice attentive staff. The hotel is in a wonderful location and the facilities are excellent. I will definitely be coming back again for leisure as well as business. 10 out of 10 in every respect.
