The location is ideal for exploring and easy access to the central train station. First stay had a room facing the street which was noisy with the tram station. Our second stay was in the back overlooking the courtyard which was more quiet. Rooms were clean but could use a decor update and freshen up the scuffed paint. Very good value for the location.

good location just outside the central very busy area so perfect for us. also just 6 or 7 mins walk to the station for daytrips etc. friendly staff. clean, bright, good breakfasts,good coffee available in reception / sitting area.

The first room assigned was really old & dingy and the a/c did not work on a very hot day/night. Was told there was no other room available so the night was very uncomfortable. The next day they moved us to another room which was better but then on the 2nd night the a/c stopped working so another miserable night.

Love the uniqueness of the hotel. It was stylish, had a great breakfast section with many great options. The room was clean. Staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel is ever in Strasburg again.

Location is superb, next to the old town area and a few minutes walk to the train station. Hotel itself is decent. We booked a room that can accommodate 6 ppl for 4 of us. The room total area is large but it’s split in 2 levels so didn’t feel very large. Washroom is small especially the wash basin…..so small it feels like a toy size basin.

Urban chic, quirky, friendly, amazing location!

Amazing location, parking tricky but after 5 attempts we cracked it! Don't just watch the video once!!! Quirky urban hotel with spacious room and very friendly reception crew. Great dinner recommendation and handy bar. So well located right next to Petite France and Strasbourg was so pretty. Tea and coffee in room as well. Room was clean and slight need of TLC lost in urban chic decor! Stairs up to room bit grubby but room and bathroom lovely and clean. Really good place to stay!!

Great stay for 5 people 16 yrs and older

Great place to stay. Convenient to what we wanted to do. Air conditioning wasn’t so great. Should have just opened all the windows. We would have been more comfortable that way. Plenty of room for all 5 of us which we loved. One shower but 2 toilets was wonderful. Breakfast was enjoyable. Great coffee.

First time visitor of Strasbourg. Hotel is in a very convenient location if exploring old town, just a short walk away from the old town and also the train station. Loved the unique theme and the decor of the hotel. The area is old, but the room including bathroom was nicely renovated with modern amenities. The breakfast selection was quite good, especially the bakery items. The two ladies at the front desk over the two days we stayed were super pleasant and eager to help. Lovely city, lovely stay.

Centrally located hotel, very close to train station. Nice design inside hotel and clean and comfortable. Good to have kettle in the room and good heating system also. Friendly and helpful staff, good price also
