Great service, both upon check in and in the restaurant the first night. We enjoyed having a suite, king size bed and having bathrobes at our disposal. TV was great and we were able to watch a bit of the Nitto tennis tournament. We walked everywhere we had to go: Cenotaph, Avon theatre, restaurants.

Clean, spacious room/suite. The staff was pleasant and we enjoyed both our dinner and breakfast in the dining room. The one negative was the shower. The website photo showed a removable shower head, which is why I booked the room. Instead it was a very high, fixed head that provided a mediocre shower.

Best hotel I stayed at in a few years. It was quiet, the room was large with comfortable chairs for reading, nice shower. Everything I wanted to see was with a 5-15 minute walk. Staff were quite attentive.

Our stay at The Parlour Inn in Stratford was lovely! The room was clean and comfortable, temperature perfect, location was amazing and close to the venues & nightlife, and the personal touches were delightful, we found roses on our beds after check in.

The location was perfect, a short walk to the theatre and shopping. The suite was lovely and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cozy dressing gowns were a nice touch!

Always enjoy our stay at the Parlour Inn. Rooms are beautiful and have always had great meals in their restaurant. I only gave 4 out of 5 stars for breakfast because they had run out of a few breakfast items and we were there when the restaurant opened

Nice vintage hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff. Less than 5 minutes walk from Avon and Studio theaters. Restaurant in hotel and many others within minutes walking distance. Tom Patterson and Festival Theater walkable distance in decent weather.

The desk staff were amazing! We loved Caleb as he was very knowledgeable and extremely polite. We had the Thanksgiving meal at the Parlour Inn Restaurant, and it was so amazing! Complements to the chef! The room was imbeccably clean as well.
