Great bar service. Nice room. Stayed for evening meal, everybody coughing & spluttering - if we get h9me without Covid, Ill be amazed. Not a great breakfast, cheapy bangers, proper salty bacon & barely cooked hash browns. Don't dare ask for scrambled eggs

TV in the room wasnt working. Reception was not answring the phones for 2 days. On day 1 They gave a room which was not wheel chair access. Even though we had clearly mentioned in our booking we need room with wheel chair access. It was queit a inconvenience.

Strange layout getting to our room. Several sets of stairs. Room condition was tired and warm. Shower hot to cold without touching kmobs and curtain cuts off half the shower space. No washcloths and could not cool the room no ac. Not sure how this is a 4 star hotel

A good sized room with plently of space. Shower over the bath in the bathroom. Clean and comfortable room, as well as the rest of the hotel. All staff were friendly and helpful. The service and food in the restuarant for dinner and breakfast was very good.

Very pleasant!

The hotel was better than expected given all the negative reviews! Breakfast was lovely and staff very attentive! Service in the bar in the evenings was spot on and the barmen had awesome sense of humour! Only downside which cannot be helped is the roadnoise.
