The apartment is located in the heart of Stresa, right on the corner of the famous Piazza Cardorna and only one minutes walk to the lake promenade and the boat pier of Stresa. Many nice restaurants, bars and shops are nearby and directly across from the entrance of the apartment is a very well stocked Carrefour supermarket. Despite the central location, the apartment is quiet.

The location is a perfect choice for those who want to experience the true enchanting center of Stresa with every comfort in walking distance. Ideal also for train or flight travelers. The train station is in 10 min. within walking distance and Milano Malpensa Airport is easily accessible from Stresa by ALIBUS.

The 70 square meter apartment is located in the 2nd Floor (elevator) in an elegant building in the vibrant center of Stresa.

The apartment has recently been completely renovated and thought out and maintained down to the last detail.
An open and modern living area with the exit to the balcony (with a small lateral lake view) welcomes you at the entrance.

The living area consists of a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster), a dining area and living room with large sofa bed + TV.
A small balcony invites you to a café or a glass of wine with a view of the lively bustle of Stresa.
A corridor leads to the stylish bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe and the exit to another balcony. From this balcony you have a view over the rooftops of Stresa. The bathroom is equipped with shower, washing machine, toilet and bidet.

TrĂšs heureuses vacances de cet appartement situĂ© idĂ©alement pour toutes les visites ,la restauration ,les courses sans prendre la voiture. Garage petit dans une rue commerçante pas toujours accessible mais trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ© pour notre petite voiture que nous n’avons d’ailleurs pas beaucoup sortie . Appartement trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, trĂšs propre ,une belle superficie avec un petit balcon bien agrĂ©able . Nous avons eu trĂšs chaud mais heureusement l’appartement est traversant Ă©quipĂ© de ventilateurs . La propriĂ©taire est gentille et trĂšs accessible si besoin . Pas de point nĂ©gatif. . Je recommande .

Nous avons passĂ© deux semaines trĂšs agrĂ©ables dans cet appartement. Hervorragenden Lage in einer tollen Gegend

Die Wohnung liegt fĂŒr Unternehmungen in der einzigartigen Umgebung wirklich perfekt. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Hafen und kann den Linienverkehr mit dem Schiff nutzen, um die wichtigsten Ausflugsziele zu erreichen. Auch eine Bushaltestelle ist dort. Sehr angenehm fanden wir, dass der Supermarkt fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf sich direkt gegenĂŒber der Wohnung befindet.Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet; alles ist neuwertig. Die Lage im Ortskern ist natĂŒrlich mit einem erhöhten GerĂ€uschpegel bis in die spĂ€ten Abendstunden verbunden, aber die Fenster halten einiges ab, und das Schlafzimmer ist nach hinten gelegen und ruhig. Im Haus selbst war es gelegentlich etwas hellhörig.Yvonne hat uns alles gut erklĂ€rt. Sie wirkt sehr freundlich und professionell. Insgesamt haben wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht und hatten dabei auch großes GlĂŒck mit dem Wetter.

Relaxing stay in convenient location

Communication with the owner, Yvonne, was great. Before we left, she looked up the train from Florence and let us know that the train route would be under repair, so taking the train would be much more complicated and take much longer, Thus we rented a car. She told us they had free parking but it was small so we made sure to rent a car that fit. It was very hot, and I contacted Yvonne about another fan (no AC included) and the next morning she brought one over. The apartment was very clean, spacious and bright; we did not cook while we were there, but it was great to have a full size fridge and freezer and a microwave. I loved sitting on the front balcony to relax. Beds were comfortable. It was great to use the washing machine. Location was wonderful, grocery store literally across the road, gelateria and main square a few steps down. The lake is perhaps a 7 minute leisurely walk down the same street. Despite everything being so close, it was very quiet. We enjoyed having coffee and croissants at Jolly cafe just beyond the square and eggs and “English” breakfast at a place nearby on the lake. The restaurants in the square were all tasty, and a drink place on the same street was perfect for a cool drink. Walking along the lake in the evening was peaceful. We walked to lovely Park Pallvicino and drove to Orta San Giulio on Lake Orta. Taking the the boat to Isola diPescatori was worth it for lunch on the lake and shopping. A very relaxing stay! We hope to return. Thank you!

Wonderful spacious apartment in the heart of Stresa. We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this apartment. Close to everything with a supermarket straight across the street. Yvonne was a fantastic host, answering our questions promptly and even picking us up at the train station. Couldn’t find a better host, thank you Yvonne. The apartment has everything you need including a washing machine. There’s a lift to get you up and down to the second floor. We would highly recommend this apartment and would love to have had more time in Stresa. Kind regards Rhonda and Wayne.

Just a few minutes from the town centre and lakeside you are ideally placed for visiting the town as well as days out. Property was expansive with loads of room, well equipped kitchen and a quiet bedroom. Early morning street noise can be heard in the lounge but you won't hear this in the bedroom. Small street-side balcony means you can watch live go by below.

Nice winter stay

My husband and I stayed in the apartment for 5 nights, and really enjoyed it. Yvonne is a very nice host, and the place was had all we needed. Stresa has several good restaurants and coffee places. Also lost of possibilities for walks in the area. We definitely recommend staying in this apartment.

The apartment has comfortable, up-to -date furnishings and appliances and is ideally situated to make a visitor comfortable. There is a grocery store right outside and the main square with restaurants and bars is just around the corner.

Eine wunderschöne, liebevoll gestaltete Wohnung mit allem Komfort. Und alles hat funktioniert ;). Hier kann man sich nur wohlfĂŒhlen. Zentral und trotzdem nach hinten (Schlafzmmer) ruhig. Ganz toller Kontakt! Gerne kommen wir wieder.
