This ocean front two bedroom two bath condominium that sleeps five, has been totally renovated. Located in the beautiful Indian River P a Marriott Resort, in Stuart, Florida. As a guest you will have access to the Ocean Club which grants you access to tennis courts, golf course, three swimming pools, Tiki Bar, lounge service on the beach and fitness center.(separate fee applies)
The condominium features a master bedroom with king size bed with walkout to the double wide balcony and a master bath. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with pull out trundle and full bathroom. Each bedroom has a flat screen television. The living room has a couch, chairs, coffee table and large flat screen television. Updated kitchen with oven, microwave, electric cook top, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Indoor parking space and elevator access.
This location is just minutes away from downtown Stuart with its waterfront restaurants, sports bars, and numerous gift shops.

Beautiful

This was our first stay in the condo. We have stayed in a few others the past 3 visits to Hutchinson Issland. Dave was wonderful to work with a checked on us to make sure we had what we needed. The double balcony provided ample space to enjoy the views and play card games with other couples. The condo was clean and well stocked with anything we needed to make our stay perfect. We will definitely be staying here again and would highly recommend this condo. Thank you, Dave, for a perfect retirement trip

Great Stuart Beach Condo

Really nice ocean front condo with view of pool and ocean. Steps to the beach and pool. Beautiful tiled floors and matching countertop. Private parking spot in a covered garage is a nice plus. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook almost any meal. Comcast cable TV. WiFi is strong and fast. We had a great stay at this condo.

Great beach front family vacation spot.

We had a great time. The location on the beach and yet close to stores for anything you need is perfect. Everything we needed short of food was there for us. The owner was very helpful and kept in touch to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely recommend this unit for a great family vacation.

AMAZING Beach vacation!!

We booked this unit to accomodate 3 teens and my hubby. It was the perfect place! The kids had their own shared room and we our own. The condo (and garaged parking spot) are conveniently literally right next to the beach and pool!! We loved the spacious porch to sit and eat meals, people watch, and to listen to the ocean waves rolling in....and marvel at the magnificent views of the horizon, beautiful skies and the ocean!! :) The beach was spectacular with amazing sunrises, sunsets and full of life ... like turtle nests.Walking a little ways down the beach to the rocks we saw turtles swimming around and dolphins! Unfortunately, while we were there, an abundance of jellyfish emerged that curbed our boogie boarding, swimming, snorkeling and frollicking in the waves. But sunbathing and reading on the beach was grand!! :)The condo was very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with cookware and everything! We had an amazing stay with a very responsive host who communicated very well. Many cool shops and interesting restsurants are nearby. Also, a grocery store was only 1 mile away. We all had a wonderfully relaxing time at the beach here. I did not want to go home! Thank you, Dave, for such a comfortable, well located condo, easy check in and being a gracious and very responsive host. Great beach vacation!

Hutchinson Island Condo

Overall the property was very nice. The pool was clean and the water temp was perfect. Having a parking space in the garage was great. Also having a trash chute around the corner on our floor was a plus. The owner was very prompt in returning our calls when we needed him. Thank you!

Beautiful view and great location overlooking the beach

Very nice condo and building. The pool is right downstairs and beach just beyond that. Tennis is right nearby. The condo was very clean and it's great to have a parking space as well. I do wish there were screens on the sliding doors, however, as if you have the doors open for the breeze or view, bugs do come in. The owner was very nice but did not provide a lot of information prior to arrival, had to be reminded to send access information, and communicated in abbreviated texts or messages that were sometimes a little confusing. One minor thing is that we told him the first day that the coffee maker did not work properly (the pot didn't seem to be the right one and we had to hold it manually up to the filtering device - ) - not a big deal at all but usually an owner will say they will replace it. He just said thanks for letting him know. We did have a problem with the sink pipe leaking one day and after a couple of calls he sent over a handyman who fixed it quickly which we appreciated. Carpet in master bedroom probably needs to be replaced. We had a wonderful time, it's very comfortable and there is so much to do right at the resort and in the area, so those are really not important issues.

Great spot!

We come down with a whole group of people and we love the area! It is quiet, the property is well maintained and it has great amenities. The condo has everything that you need and the balcony is nice and large. We have already booked for next year. :)

The condo was nice but I think it could have been nicer given the rate. It had a lot of little things that were in my opinion not acceptable for a rental. As a person who has been renting vacation homes and condos for the last 40 years I expect the owners to continually upgrade some portion of their rental each year and not let the unit just be cleaned . For example exhaust fan in one of the bathrooms not working rugs in master bedroom a little shabby,could have used some beach towels supplied.I like to see a loose leaf book on site with information for the condo and past comments. Would possibly rent again but would like to see some improvments.

Nice place to chill for a bit

Just as advertised although not sure about the part "totally renovated"...it is in good shape and is perfectly fine for what we were looking for...there is some work going on at the entire unit right now including repairs/painting in the garage and appears new flooring is coming in the hallways. The location is great and right next door is a pool area that also has dining options. The food and drinks were actually really good at this poolside dining area. Also, Jack was super helpful as a waiter in pointing us in the direction of some places to check out. All in all, I was very happy with our stay.
