Besides no hot water , the stay was adequate . Good location to see all of Door County. Enjoyed the Fall Harvest Fest . Need to update your rooms . Dim, refrigerator frost all our food ! And you need new towels . Very rough.

We booked a room with an in-suite tub, but when we checked in, we were told they didn’t allow pets in that room, so we got moved to another room. When I asked about the price difference, I was told we had to take that up with Expedia. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom, and some trash on the floor. The AC did not keep the room cool, even though we had it at 64. We paid $250/night for this room, after the additional $20/night pet fee - very disappointing.

A phone call was more important than checking us in as we stood there waiting for the clerk to finish a conversation. Yes, it was a business matter, but still we waited too long to be helped. Then the refrigerator didn't work in the room and the shower barely trickled lukewarm water. For the exhorbitant price, we expected more. Positives: comfortable beds, decent breakfast, convenient parking
