The pool and breakfast wasd good. The building was undergoing renovation, looked unprofessional. The amenities inside the room are quite dated. AC barely blew cold air, refrigerator took a day to cool items. Beds were fine, clean, no sign of bugs or dirt. Floor could have been cleaner. Bathroom had good water, pressure.

I would not recommend this place even to my xwife!

This place was tied for the worst place I have ever stayed. I had to get 5 sets of room keys and after the 5th set i had to climb through the window to get into the room. THE KEYS WOULD NOT WORK FOR ME PERIOD. I could exit through the door, but I had to enter through the window. The security latch on the door was broken. After they fixed it it was still broken. I slept withy my firearm int bed with me for safety reasons. The next morning i had a breakfast worse than my grandmother used to make. I apologize fory sarcasm and attitude, at least i didnt swear in this review and believe me I COULD HAVE MANY TIMES. This was the last night of a 41 day road trip and IT WAS THE WORST!

The property is located right off the highway so it is easy to get to. But then it is louder due to that. The pool area is nice but pool is on the colder side even our 4yr old was shivering and he was jumping in and moving around like crazy so he shouldn't of been too cold. The room was clean and the front desk attendee was very nice and helpful.

We have stayed at nicer motels, but this is a good value. Summer time in the Hills is expensive! We feel this is a great place for the price we paid.

A lot of money for a rude check in where I made the reservation but they wouldn't even let me, had to be my husband checking us in. The motel was right by the interstate but the office was closed in the morning. Couldn't check out or even have a cup of coffee.

We asked for Queen rooms. We did not realize Queen bed rooms are only on the second floor. All the double bed rooms are on the first floor. The person I was traveling with cannot climb stairs. There was no mention that the rooms would be on the second floor and that there is no elevator. The advertisement of the breakfast said there would be egg and sausage options for breakfast. Yet, when we got there it was all 100% carb options. At 8:30 in the morning there were four pieces of bread, three muffins, three containers of yogurt, the waffle maker was on, and you could get cold cereal and juice. There was the remnants biscuits and gravy; four very hard biscuits and the gravy had long since been eaten up. For people who can't have a carb intense diet, like us, we had no option but to go elsewhere to eat. Finally, the bathroom was extremely tiny. With the door going inward you literally had to go in, turn around, sit down and then try to close the door. If you have any mobility issues, like the person I was traveling with has, don't ever stay at this hotel.

Do NOT stay here. The first room we had, the room cards didn’t work. So down the steps around the hotel and up the stairs to the next room with all our belongings. P

Rooms were clean. However, the bathroom was very small and hard to maneuver in. Also, I was in a poolside room. That was okay, but the noise level was so bad I couldn't sleep. I don't know where the noise came from, it sounded like a very loud air conditioner, but I didn't have it on. It was like a loud motor or something. I got no sleep.
