Comfortable hotel in an absolutely beautiful area, lovely old town surrounded by hills of vineyards. Fantastic place to stay in the Stuttgart area, with short direct train ride to city centre, stadium and Mercedes.

Was not told at check in about parking facilities . Parked outside the hotwl in the street . Hopefully no parking ticket . One day later I received an email that there's a park house 1p0 meters away €10 per day . Great . Would've been nice to know beforehand as we arrived 10pm at night . Room service came in at 9am without knocking on 2nd morning ...had a glimpse of indisposed not good . . Breakfast room was chilly . People sat with their jackets on . . Otherwise all was fine .

An excellent hotel in a beautiful town, Esslingen!

Sadly it was only one night to stay, as I really enjoyed my brief stay. The reception at 10pm on arrival was very good. The breakfast and Dorina at reception also great. And my room was excellent. Clean and comfortable!

Comfy and ecologically aware...

Very happy with my stay at the Ecoinn; it's a short walk from Esslingen Am Neckar station or 2 stops on the bus. Lovely friendly team and a warm welcome on arrival and in the restaurant. The basket of apples is a nice touch! My room was perfectly cleaned, very bright with big windows. Plenty of space to store your stuff and a spacious room. The bed was firm but not too firm: one enormous pillow and a comfy duvet. Shower room was well lit, well cleaned, had an extractor fan and had good water pressure - always a bonus! The buffet breakfast was plentiful and varied, they had gluten free bread on request and a good selection of local produce. I specifically chose the hotel for its proximity to an event: there's a community cinema next door and you're close to Esslingen town for the shops and the excellent public transport.

It gets the job done.

This is a great hotel for the weihnactsmarkt, but it is somewhat sparse. The internet connection is noticeably slow. The staff were friendly and helpful though, and the rooms were clean. I'd say a solid 3 stars.

Nice hotel. Has its own hydro electric generator run by the river and operates the hotel on the power it generates. Nice friendly staff.

Nice hotel central to the town

I stayed here in 2012 and again this year. After five years it is still an amazing hotel. The staff was wonderful and helpful whenever we needed anything. The front desk is bilingual which helped whenever my husband needed something and I wasn't available to translate. Excellent breakfast and clean rooms. Will stay here again the next time I'm in Germany!

A bit disappointing ...

We really like the location however the beds were extremely uncomfortable. There was also a heat wave so the room was super hot. The staff is quite friendly and helpful and breakfast is very nice. Couldn't enjoy eating on the terrace because of the pigeons and people smoking so much. Ask for a room with a larger bathroom, because the others are very small.

Room make up does not change towels, garbage bins.Wi-Fiis not free and costs for per devices. Kind receptions but it is only thing I felt positive.
