This place was one of the worst experience I’ve ever had. The room absolutely reeked of cigarettes, when we pulled up someone was getting nigh on the bench in the parking lot. We locked all of our doors, locked our tailgate with our tunneau cover up. We went for a walk to shoppers and got harassed by 3 separate people. In the morning, our tunneau cover was completely ripped off, our baby stroller was stolen, our tools, parts, and Jerry cans were gone. When we told them all they offered us was 15% off. ( I’m not sure if they did or not yet nothing has updated on my card the full charges are still there.) I asked them to pull the footage and he said there was NO management available. It’s been 5 days I left my email and number and I still haven’t heard from them. I would seriously consider NOT staying here.

Missing a landline, missing aerator in bathroom faucet so water sprayed everywhere any time tap was turned on (we were told they didn’t have either of them at the moment to properly replace/fix the issue), toilet clogged with 1 use. Poor room lighting. Pool water cold. Maintenance was very quick and kind.

Definitely trying to make it look like it’s modern, but everything is falling apart! Sketchy part of town! Restaurants staff took forever just to even take my order. I had to go to the bar in order to get service.

Price excellent. Building is dated Tent city in view from rear parking lot. Would not leave valuables in vehicle. Bed and linen clean, no smells, carpet a tad sticky. Overall had a great night sleep, quiet and value for price. Would stay here again.

Literally no phones in the room. Yappy dog somewhere sounds like it’s been strangled for half an hour tried to call front desk but numbers keep getting rerouted to some unhelpful idiot not on the property. When trying the direct line a cycle of voice messages go round and around. Had to go down to front desk myself. Area is not safe. Thought the rating would be indicative but I would never recommend anyone stay here. Also! A train line nearby and very loud.

Staff were pleasant and pretty much the only good thing. My view out the window was the homeless encampment. Also, before you enter you are greeted with people begging for change. The door to the bathroom was misaligned so it took a lot of effort to pull it open. One of our keycards did not work for some reason. The elevator is extremely slow and old. Didnt feel safe to use do ended up using the stairs. I do not recommend this place at all.

Hotel was alright, room was cleanish. Mildew built up under the AC. Room smelled a little musty and the cuck chair in the corner had some undesirable stains. The bed protector had some dark stains on it aswell. I've had worse rooms. I've had alot better conditions. Location wasn't great. Alot of drug users slumped over everywhere. Homeless camp right behind the entrance. Overall it was meh. Wouldn't stay again just to have a better location where I'm not nervous having my kid out with me. Didn't feel safe after being yelled at by a tweaker as I'm walking out the hotel to my car with some unsavoury language. I'd stay again if there was no choice but location really hurts this establishment.
