My stay to this place taught me to never trust the reviews. maintenance was sub par and gave us the feeling it was not maintained. Dirty bath, mold in windows over the AC and bed cover with dark stains.

For use this property worked as we just needed a placento crash for the night before movingnon. The beds were ok, rooms had doors that locked, it was clean and had AC. The ac in the room was very very loud which drowned out the noice for the room next to ours. Its a basic room.and shower with nothing else close but if thats all you need, and want easy access to the highway this is rhe place for you

Bed comfort ok but 2 small un uniform size pillows Water smelled terrible. We did shower but used bottled water for mouthcare. No elevator, noisy AC, carpet in common areas dirty and worn.

A good location in Sudbury close to 17 East West. Good coffee available but disappointing that there was no complimentary breakfast. as advertised. Renovations are being done

This motel is clean and a good, affordable option for a quick overnight stay. There are no frills, but it was comfortable enough for one night. We had to turn the AC unit off as it was making too much noise to be able to sleep. We were happy that the motel accepts pets. Would we stay here again? Probably not.
