Back entry to room filthy. Found it hard to believe any business would alow it to be this messy. No more than 30 minutes of work. Bedroom nice but what looks like and might be “black mildew” in tub corner.

Wonderful hotel

I’ve stayed here multiple times in the last 6 months and just like the times before, this last time was great. Staff is very attentive, the restaurant was wonderful, and room was clean (as always).

The staff at the desk were welcoming, friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had all we needed for a comfortable stay. They even give a goodie bag with drinks and snacks when you arrive! The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious and offered a great selection.

Don't believe the hype! Many of the reviews seem intentionally overstated for higher ratings. The pictures are not accurate. The outside and certain parts of the building require a LOT of maintenance. The breakfast/dining area is much more simple than in the photos. And although they have updated some of the rooms, there are still issues with smell, dirty carpets and the sink would back up consistently. Just a block away is a park with greenspace but it is full of homeless and addicts. Would not recommend.

My go to home away from home

This is my 5th time staying here in a row as I come to Sudbury for business once a month. Always great service, comfortable rooms and always clean.

Hotel which focuses on rules more than customers.

Overall it was good. Hotel was clean and services are ok but if you have a spec of doubt that your plan will change, I won't recommended this hotel. We had a change in the plan and wanted to cancel the second night as soon as we reached there on the day of reservation. First they kept saying manager is not there and kept repeating till next morning that he will be in after 11:00 am. When insisted in the morning, he appears from somwhere and I was told he was working in the restaurant. I see it as a delay tactics. Than he throw the rule book on me that we requested too late, after 3 pm. Eventually he did not offer us any refund whuch forces us to stay the second night too. I am traveling for last 25 years and stayed in hotels on every continent of world. Just a few times, I had to cancel part of my trip, but never had a problem to get refunded. Hotels were more than happy to assist as they understand the situation.This is the first time I experienced a hotel refuses to do so, even when we tried as earlier as possible. Yes it was past their cut off time, but all hotels have same rules. So if you are not sure if you are going to stay thru the entire booking, don't book this hotel.

The breakfast has a decent selection. The room unfortunately could be cleaned more carefully. We found a pair of underwear when we first entered the room hanging on the folded ironing board. There are also a small stains on the sheet and duvet cover.

Excellent for the price

While not a “high end” hotel it was excellent for the price ($107). So much nicer and more modern than other hotels we’ve stayed at. Friendly and helpful staff (!) and a free breakfast that included bacon. Highly recommended
