Excellent location in a really beautiful village with great dog walks and friendly pub (The Fleece) which served us well on two nights
Easy parking and great for visiting Lavenham and Long Melford

Lovely bedroom with comfortable bed.
Extensive collection of reading material to browse and enjoy.
The little local store a few paces away had everything needed to stock up and the hotel/ pub The Fleece was perfect for a drink in the evening.

Publié le 15 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayMarianne was a super host with excellent communication. The Old Forge was a lovely place to stay - wonderfully cosy, super shower, loads of books to read should you wish.
Boxford is a pretty village too and was a great place to stay en route to Norfolk.

Publié le 22 août 2023 sur HomeAwayCracking location and gorgeous property. Really cosy and ideal for our 2 night stay. Just a short walk from the 2 shop and the 2 pubs. Also a delightful cafe in between. Would certainly recommend and would also come back ourselves

Boxford is a pretty village and very well placed for exploring Suffolk. We recommend the Box River Cafe for breakfast!
