This is a modern, family friendly, 3 story home with lots of amenities to keep you entertained and stress free! You and your group will have easy access to I-40, I-73, US 220 and PTI Airport allowing you to explore Greensboro, High Point, Winston Salem and nearby cities making your trip memorable.

As you enter the main level, you'll be greeted with a modern foyer showcasing the grandeur of the open floor plan. This level offers a formal living room, an office, dining room, kitchen w/ island, breakfast area and family room which has 75" smart TV and fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliance, coffee maker, utensils, dishes and cookware.
Enjoy your coffee in the screened in sunroom with a peaceful backyard view.
The second floor features a massive master suite with sitting area w/65" TV, fire place, wooden baby crib, bathroom with shower/tub and his/her walk in closet. This level also features 3 other bedrooms; 1 bedroom with king bed and personal bathroom and smart TV. Then 2 bedrooms each equipped with queen beds and Jack and Jill bathroom.
Last but certainly not the least, enter into the fully finished basement, complete with home theater, game room and children's play room. Enjoy evenings on the back porch sitting area with fire pit and basketball hoop.
Outside- parking spaces are abundant in 3 car garage and long driveway.

This is a strictly smoke free home. There should be no smoking anywhere in the home/on the deck/in the screened in porch. This will be strictly enforced. This is a family friendly neighborhood. The neighbors have every right to alert us/authorities of any noise ordinance/recreational activities/illegal substance use. If any suspected behavior that is not in the norm for the neighborhood will be an immediate termination of booking and no refunds will be issued.

A fantastic property with excellent access to both Greensboro and Winston-Salem. Everything was clean, well-ordered, easy to use, and the attention to detail was excellent.Add to that a peaceful, quiet setting outside of the City, where you can see deer grazing and a beautiful wooded environment surrounding everything, providing a level of peace and tranquility you can NEVER achieve staying at a hotel.Looking forward to our next visit in a few weeks.

Summerfield

I recently stayed at a beautiful home in Summerfield. The architecture of the house was stunning and definitely a highlight of my stay. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired, especially considering the $250 cleaning fee. The master bedroom and bathroom were overrun with flies, making it impossible for me to sleep in the room. Additionally, there was trash swept under the basement furniture and in some of the bedrooms, which was disappointing. While the main floor was clean, the second floor and basement were not up to par. The decor could have been better, but the home’s design compensated for the lack of style. Overall, a great house with lots of potential, but it needs more attention to cleanliness.

Very nice home love love love the neighborhood just need to be clean and treated for bugs I got eaten up on my first night but once they take care of them two things this will be the place to be while visiting North Carolina it was just 2 of us but you can bring 3 families here with no problem this home can host you guys

Nice home, good conditions. Only drawback was the exterior patio and furniture are not cleaned and loaded with pollen. Plus in the kitchen some ameneties were overlooked such as dishtowels ( 1 is not enough) and bath towles ( 1 per person for a 4 day stay is not enough)

Location

This home is in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. We were there for a baseball tournament at Wake Forest and this home was in the perfect location, not to close and not to far. The host was super attentive and there are plenty of restaurants and stores near by.
