Come home to this 2 bedroom 2 bath gem that is sure to delight you and your loved ones with endless hours under the sultry island breezes and calming southernmost waters. Located in the Venture Out Resort in Cudjoe Key, you will enjoy all the amenities, such as a heated 80 ft. pool and swimming lagoon with large hot tub, tennis courts, basketball courts, marina, convenience market with fuel on site as well as two double wide boat ramps, a recreation center, patrolled security and so much more!

DETAILS AND AMENITIES

You are truly immersed in and surrounded by exquisite tropical waters in this quintessential Lower Keys abode. Enter this new home with its airy 9 ft. ceilings and every modern finish to bring you all the creature comforts you desire. The open living and kitchen areas provide multiple seating options for entertaining friends and family. Craft your favorite cocktail and sink down into your plush couch for your favorite tv viewing on the giant wall-mounted tv. Fashion your favorite recipes in the contemporary fully-stocked kitchen and dine in comfort at your dining table for 6 with additional seating at the kitchen breakfast bar. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer/dryer closet located in the bedroom hallway.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
You will enjoy two very comfortable bedrooms, a king suite with an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest room is appointed with two twins that can be converted to a king upon request, flat screen TV, and a bathroom with walk-in shower adjacent to it.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Panoramic views of the gorgeous waters can be seen from every angle inside the home, bringing the outdoors inside in classic Keys fashion. Launch your boat in one of two ramps located in the community, and then dock your boat (up to 40 ft. in length) right behind the house for your entire stay! Grill up your fresh catch of the day on the outdoor grill! You will enjoy instant access to the water and all it has to offer - world-class fishing, snorkeling, and kayaking through the mangroves. The community pool is about 1/2 mile from the home.

PARKING...
This home comes with 1 parking space. There is a first come first serve designated area within the community to park a trailer for $5-$10/night, and overflow parking off site as well. Please make arrangements with the Venture Out community for parking prior to arrival.

PETS...
1 dog under 35 lbs is permitted at this home and a pet fee is required. Please include the size/breed when inquiring.

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. This is one of the best rental units in venture out. The location on the canal looking out at the bay is very nice and gets a breeze. The furnishing and layout are great too. Would love to stay here again.

This home was a 10/10 experience. Everything was top notch from the cleanliness to the amenities available. It looks exactly like the pictures online but in person it was so much better. The view from the balcony was the best part about it as well as the boat access. We also spent lots of time at the pool on the property which was super clean and refreshing after being on the water all day. Everyone in venture out was super friendly and we rented bikes from Big Pine Bike Rental to ride around the property. Our dog enjoyed the stay too. Being able to grill and cook at home was a major plus. The home is extremely well cared for and we will be back to stay again.

Views from this property are amazing, accommodations were clean, well kept and private. Fully equipped kitchen. My only complaint was the pet rules in Venture Out. Inability to walk your pet within the park was odd, you are required to leave the resort to walk, even if leashed.

The place was great and exactly what was shown. Having our boat out back was great. Great facilities including boat ramp, pool area and store. All the amenities you need at the house and Cudjoe Key is beautiful and has some great restaurants. I would recommend this home and resort to everyone.

Great location!

The property was in a great spot. Relatively shot drives to Key West, Big Pine, and Bahia Honda. Getting in and out of the gated community was no problem and the house was exactly as we expected based on the pictures and description.

Beautiful place, good location

If you’re familiar with Venture Out, this is one of the nicest and newer units in the park. Also great location within, end of a wide canal and close to pool. My only complaint would be that the place is priced very high with none of the charm of some more loved places in the park; no bikes, few helpful kitchen items. It’s clear that it’s an investment property. My family rented other places in the park for far less ($100 a night less) and had bikes and paddle boards. I found myself borrowing their things, like martini shakers and Tupperware, in addition to the fun toys. If you want a fancy, modern place and don’t care about the other stuff, you’ll love this one.

The property is nicely decorated just as the pictures posted in the listing. Fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. All very cleaned. Location is great! It is also within a reasonable driving distance to Key West.

The coconut telegraph was a beautiful stilted home. It was very clean and decorated very nicely with light beachy colors. The best were very comfortable. Everything in the kitchen was functional. It was a great location. We kept our small boat at the dock The property management was very friendly. We were very happy with it and will stay there again..

Didn't Meet Expecations

There is a difference staying at a HomeAway or VRBO property that is a residence versus one that is just an investment property. Coconut Telegraph is an investment property. The location was everything we expected. The rest left a lot to be desired. The magic of staying in Venture Out is that you can step out your back door and jump in the Atlantic Ocean. We couldn't do that at this property, as there was no swim ladder. I also wouldn't want to tie up my boat here. The back concrete deck/dock area was old and cracked. It was missing mooring whips and had badly rusted dock cleats. The stairs down to the dock were obstructed by stones that had been washed over the steps, who knows when? The sliding door blinds were broken and were not even mounted properly. The window treatments did little to keep light out. Even the dishwasher was not installed properly. Having owned a home at Venture Out for ten years, we know what a 5-Star experience looks like at this resort. Despite the excellent location, this property has a long way to go to reach 5-Stars. The management company was great with communication and very accommodating. The house was very clean.

Slice of paradise

We absolutely loved our stay at Coconut Telegraph! We plan to return next year. The place is even better than described on VRBO and it is LITERALLY on the beautiful aqua blue water! The pool is plenty big and we enjoyed the tiki huts along the shoreline. The security team does an excellent job. It was very quiet at night. Easy drive to Key West if that is of interest. We did not use the concierge service so cannot comment except to say they had a lot to offer! Local restaurants are excellent. If you're looking for a wild party, you may want to try another Key. This one was EXACTLY what we wanted- relaxing - while staying in a well-equipped, beautiful home. Don't worry about a thing - the rental agency has thought of it!
