On the 1st Level downstairs when you enter there is a large tiled foyer with a bench couch and separate room with a dedicated work space complete with large desk and ergonomically correct chair for the travelers that need to squeeze in a little business before pleasure. There is also a full, private bedroom studio with Queen size bed, Smart TV, wardrobe to store your clothing and an ensuite Full bathroom for your Guests privacy and comfort. This bedroom has an attached room equipped with a full size refrigerator and sink. 

Once you walk up the stairs you have arrived in the large open living room with oversized sectional couch, large Smart TV and vaulted ceilings that soar up to the top floor. The fully stocked, modern kitchen is adjacent to the living room and is equipped with beautiful appliances, a dishwasher, built in microwave, granite counter tops and all the necessary cooking tools you might need. There is a breakfast nook table with 2 chairs for morning coffee and pastries. There is also a dining room table with seating for 4.

On this main floor of the home is the Primary Bedroom with Ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has a King size bed and large Smart TV. The ensuite primary bathroom has double sinks, a soaking tub with jets and stand up shower. 

Just up the stairs are the other 2 Bedrooms featuring a jack and jill bath with Shower and Tub.
Bedroom #3 is equipped with bunk beds (One Double size bed and one Twin size bed) and Twin size trundle bed. This bedroom also has a Smart TV. 
Bedroom #4 features a Queen size bed and your very own, private balcony! This balcony has plenty of outdoor furniture to chill in and take in the nearby ocean breezes or soak in the sunset above the treetops with ocean views.

Outside, the expansive outdoor balcony is the perfect spot for enjoying cocktails with friends or dining al fresco. There is a gas grill to cook up your fresh catch. The yard is fully fenced except by the waters edge so bring your pooch with you if you'd like as this home is also pet friendly with a $150 pet fee per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs.

This is a 28-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 years of age or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 10 people, and all guests need to be registered with the Rental manager. No smoking. This home is pet friendly with owner approval only and payment of non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet. Utilities are included within reason. 
To ensure that you are protected, as well as the owner, we offer a $55 Damage Waiver Insurance. If you chose to opt out of the Damage Waiver a refundable $3,000 Security Deposit will be collected. 
If you are using Instant Book to reserve this home, a damage waiver policy will be included in your stay and can cover up to $3000 in accidental damages or missing items.
All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. There is a 4% credit card processing fee or you may pay with an e-check with no additional charges. **PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH AN E-CHECK, THIS PAYMENT OPTION IS THE SAME AS PAYING WITH A PAPER CHECK. IF YOUR E-CHECK IS RETURNED FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $25 RETURNED CHECK FEE AND BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CREDIT CARD WITH A 4% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE.  The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
