Come and relax or play with this amazing 4 bedroom townhouse as your home away from home in Sun Peaks, just minutes walk from the village. This bright and open corner unit sleeps up to 10 people, all in real beds. There is a full kitchen with newer stainless appliances and a breakfast bar. Open concept main floor with a gas fireplace and a private hot tub just outside with views of Mt. Todd and Mt. Morrissey. Free wifi, TVs in the living room and 3 of the 4 bedrooms. 2 parking spaces, pet friendly (pet fee applies), no smoking.

Was so great to be able to have the whole family (4 legged included!) at the ski hill. We had an excellent stay - and will book again!

Everything was great except no AC and was uncomfortably hot during the day you could even go upstairs we were lucky were were not there for most of the day. Also BBQ can’t definitely be upgraded. But location was perfect for us to walk to the park and pool. We did enjoy the visit.

Sun Peaks summer family vacation

The property was great. It was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was close to the village, pool and village walking trail. It worked out really well for our multi generational annual family getaway of eight adults and two young kids.

Great place!

Well stocked, great location right on the Village Trail. Stayed in the spring for May long weekend and the place was excellent. Cozy, comfortable, the perfect spot a few minutes walk from the playground and village for the kids!

Sunpeaks family ski escape

This townhome worked well for our family ski holiday (6 adults, a toddler and infant). The unit was well equipped, clean and comfortable. We were happy to find a place that would accept the family Frenchie.

Very convenient for a golf tournament!

We needed a four bedroom place to house 5 women for a golf tournament at Sun Peaks resort. This place checked all our boxes. It was within walking distance to the Pro shop since we all had different tee times, easy access to a ground floor unit and 3 bathrooms. Tony, the manager, is very responsive and easy to deal with. We enjoyed our stay.

Spacious home, close to village

Amazing, spacious house for our large group. The bunkbed room was a hit with the kids, giving them their own space to hang out. One of the best stocked kitchens in a VRBO I’ve ever stayed in and the host also left us a wonderful gift full of snacks for our stay. Great location, just a short walk to the village with beautiful views of the mountains/resort. Would love to return.

Clean, Easy, and Great Location

The location, layout, and amenities made this a really easy stay for our two families with kids. When traveling with young kids, having a Sunpeaks location that is clean, has easy access to the village, and has all the amenities you need is gold. Plus, having a plethora of TV channels for the kids did give us a brief break to cook, prep, etc.

This was a good place for a family stay and ski trip. Outdoor ski locker. Heated bathroom and kitchen floors are a great addition. A map for the transfer station would be helpful. We had to improvise recycling and composting.

nother fantastic stay

Hot tub right out our door, well equipped kitchen, Plenty of room to spread out. Overall, a super place to rent. Only downside was the walk in the morning to the Orient Chair. Otherwise, a great place.

Better than the pictures, well appointed kitchen (the only place I've stayed in a while that had pans that weren't pealing the non-stick), and a very responsive owner who drove over 2 hours to fix a blind :)

Family skiing trip during family day long weekend

the property was the perfect accommodation for our family group with children. It had Everything & more that we could need amenities wise, bedrooms and bathrooms were fully stocked, the hot tub was an amazing touch after spending our days on the hill.

BC Day Family Weekend in Sun Peaks

We enjoyed the living space. Compact, but efficiently laid out. Ground floor corner unit. Quiet and private. Underground parking with 2 easy access stalls. Bedrooms would be better if there were blackout blinds The buildings decor and street lights did light up the rooms at night. The welcome basket was a nice touch. Thank you

Great place for a group of people.

Came up for a ski weekend with 4 couples. This unit accommodated us nicely (4 queen beds as opposed to 2 twins in a room). Accommodations were excellent. Kitchen was well stocked, but it is small for a large group that likes to share cooking responsibilities. The bar-b-que also doesn’t work all that well, and really needs to be replaced. Parking was great, ski locker was great, hot tub was great. We brought up our own hot tub towels to avoid the complaint a previous renter had about needing to wash them, as the cleaners don’t have time to wash all the linens etc. This was an easy solution.

The dishes were very old and worn. Lots of clutter in the kitchen. Every guest who left a particular dish or especially bakers pan or cutting boards is still there. Should be culled and get rid of the old worn ones. There are many defects in the place. The wood facing on the fireplace mantle is breaking away. The towel holder is a bathroom is falling off the wall. Needs an update . The clean up regimen is poor . They want the guests to wash the hot tub towels, fold and put away. So we the new guests are relying on the abilities of the previous guests to clean the towels. This is not proper. Similarly, they depend on the quests to clean the dishes which we noticed the dishes when we arrived looked ok but there were some dishes that had debris still on them. Will not return, not worth the money.
