Welcome

...to our SKI IN/SKI OUT ( 40 steps!) condo next to the Morrisey and Orient chairlifts. Sun Peaks is the second largest ski resort in Canada and this condo is surrounded by three magnificent mountains (Tod, Sundance and Morrisey.) Our condo is also right across the street from the Nordic Ski Center (35 km of groomed and track-set trails just steps away as well as an extensive Snowshoe trail system with maps! The Sun Peaks toboggan hill (lit at night!) is also located within steps from our condo making the location very desireable for families. This development (Stonesthrow) is situated on a world class golf course (16th hole!) The award winning Sun Peaks village can be reached via a short ten minute walk along either the creekside or village trail system. Sun Peaks enjoys sunny skies and dry snow for winter sports and mountain biking/hiking/golfing in the summer, making it truly a year-round resort.

Our condo boasts a mountain view, a cozy gas fireplace and queen bunk bed with extra long twin above in the second bedroom.. Our open floor plan, all on one level, is easy and bright. At the end of the day, look forward to soaking in your PRIVATE HOT TUB. Our home away from home easily sleeps 6 in three different areas.

Our condo is very clean (deep cleanings done regularly) and organized. You will find instructions sheets for most everything...making your stay easy and fun.

Large wall map is hung up for you with instructions on how to ski in and ski out of our condo unit. Enjoy looking at this before you head out in the mornings as well checking out where you have been at the end of the day.

**A Comfortable and Convenient Stay**

We recently visited with friends and family, and we were pleased with the accommodations. The property provided all the essentials, including a well-equipped kitchen with appliances, cutlery, and a thoughtful selection of seasonings including salt and pepper. Its location was also a highlight, being conveniently close to both the East Village center and the slopes. Additionally, the heated tiled floors added a nice touch, ensuring comfort throughout our stay.

We had a great few days in this condo and wished we could have stayed longer. It is a true ski in/ski out - we skied up to the door to have lunch and just left our skis in the snowbank. Then easy to head back out after lunch. Heated underground parking with tall enough clearance for our SUV with a roof rack was a bonus. Quick to walk into the village after a day of skiing.

Hard to Beat

This is the second trip staying at Stone’s Throw and it doesn’t disappoint. Condo is a well appointed and a great location. We ski off the mountain and directly to the condo without removing skis until at the door. Reasonable walking distance to/from village as well (10 minutes).Communication with property manager/owner was easy and prompt.

Amazing host. Amazing place

We had an amazing time at Diane's ski-in/ski-out unit! The location couldn’t be better—right on the slopes, making it super easy to hit the trails first thing in the morning. The unit itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and provided helpful recommendations for nearby activities. We loved the convenience of stepping outside and being able to ski directly to the lift. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a getaway at Sun Peaks! You've made lifelong memories for us and our kids.

Great Family Spring Break Stay

This property was very clean with enough bedding and towels for our family of 6. It was slightly smaller than we we were expecting, but once we we got used to it, was the perfect lunch stop and evening hang out for us! The ski in-ski out is ideal with a short ski to the bottom of either the Orient or the Morrisey Express. We enjoyed a few games and movies that were in the condo as well. We love Sun Peaks, and this was another great stay! :)

Comfortable stay for four adults.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The layout was perfect for four adults (2b/2bath) with plenty of room inside to lounge and dine. The kitchen was well equipped with us only needing our own baking sheet that we brought. The unit faces south so there is lots of natural light and overlooks the mountains. The hot tub on the deck is as private as it can be with no neighbours overlooking and high enough that cars passing by on the road don't see it. This is a true ski-in/ski-out with only a short walk from the front door to the hill. The village is about a 15 min walk away on a nice trail or sidewalk/path. Take a flashlight or head lamp at night as the trail is only lite partway. Unit needs some minor repairs (ensuite pocket door doesn't operate smoothly) and could use some updating (cushions on dining room chairs) but these are very minor. Owner was prompt in her communications and provided clear instructions for the unit. Overall, a nicely appointed condo in a great location.

Clean, quiet and good location

Very clean and comfortable accommodation for four of us on a one week ski vacation. Easy access to underground parking, ski-in/ski-out. Sun Peaks is an excellent resort for adults, couples and families. We had a great week. The owner was very easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend this property.

Clean, spacious, ski in and ski out condo

This condo is pretty well located for skiing in and out, about 15 min walk to the central village. Has a large master bedroom with a good size bathroom and a second smaller bedroom with bunk-beds and a smaller bathroom, a nice private hot tub. Kitchen was pretty well equipped for cooking, with a large fridge. A dining and living areas were good size to relax after a day on the slopes. We would go back there again.
