This gorgeous, family-friendly studio plus loft may seem small in size, but it packs a wallop when it comes to comfort! Laundry facilities, and underground parking included. Outdoor enthusiasts will love being surrounded by both paved and nature trails for biking and hiking, while the nearby slopes are perfect for wintertime skiing.

This third-floor retreat boasts a homey living space with a gas fireplace (a true showstopper when it comes to warming even the coldest tootsies), a smart TV equipped with a Blu-ray and DVD player, and a well-equipped kitchen. There is a main-level full bath with a tub/shower combination, while the upstairs loft is all about privacy with a comfortable bed and a half bathroom. High-speed WiFi is perfect for remote work or online school.

Things to Know
Golf and tennis are closed from November 1 through May 1; this is weather-dependent and could be extended or shortened at the association's discretion with/without cause or notice.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

World Cup Stay

Great location and access to public transit. Nice and quiet. Our only challenge was getting the dishwasher to start and the foldaway bed is definitely broken, we weren't able to turn it back to couch mode :) . Other than, a great stay!

Nice Condo and the online description was accurate. We liked it well enough that we would probably stay there again. It would help to know where the garbage cans are located and that there’s no washer and dryer in the condo and where one could be found. Other than that, no complaints

Five night stay

Nice lofty space with a quiet atmosphere. Slept well and enjoyed the amenities and the extra night at a low cost. Three flights of stairs to the top, but worth the hike. Nice large community jacuzzi and parking underground.

Not the best

Unfortunately, this was not a great stay. It was very clean and decorated cute, and a reasonable price, however, there were things lacking, such as to use the fireplace the pilot light needed to be llit, but there were no matches available, so we were unable to use the fireplace, one of the reasons we chose this spot. There also was not provided coffee, which is fine, except that we are used to that being an amenity, so we also woke up to no coffee in the morning. The bed was not comfortable and we had a hard time sleeping. We tried to reach out to Vacasa a few times over some things, including extending a night, because we were having car trouble, and they did not reply until two days after we checked out. The decor was cute, and after we had some car troubles we went a little over our checkout time, and the cleaning staff showed up, and were very understanding and kind about it. I do not believe we would choose this property again, and as Vacasa is often times more difficult to work with than a property owner, I would say that if given the option, we would choose to avoid working with them in the future. I have never written a negative review before, but thought that these would be important things to know!

Great condo location, clean and comfortable!

We had a great stay for 4 nights. One of the bathroom sinks was plugged up and the property manager was unable to unplug it. Also the pool and spa were closed until November (would have been nice to know ahead of time).

Quick get away

So lovely and beautiful and comfortable we thoroughly enjoyed it we wish we could stay longer. We’d love to come back. The only issue was our pool passes were not on the counter. so we had to wait at the pool for quite some time and called the one 800 number and then they figured it out and all was good 😊

Check-in Nightmare

Upon arriving at the condo we were unable to access the unit because the code for the electronic door lock was incorrect (it takes a 4 digit code not the 10 digit code provided to us). In addition the lockbox for the emergency key was empty. It took up to 90 minutes working with the property management company and their local maintenance staff in order to get us beyond the hallway and inside the condo. The real kicker to the situation was that the problem with the electronic door lock and missing backup key were known issues that were documented by the property manager. Grrrrr! Once beyond the door issue the condo was great for the two of us. Very clean and comfortable unit. The bed was comfortable and the building was quite. The kitchen was well equipped for anyone who wants to eat in. A nice gas fireplace kept us toasty warm. We'd definitely go back provided the lock issue is resolved for certain.

Small studio, fine for the price

The property is as pictured and advertised. It is pretty small, but has everything you need. It's a 3rd floor unit, and the elevator is not close so if you have large luggage be prepared to carry it up stairs.

Perfect little spot for trip to Sun Valley

A cozy and affordable place to stay in Sun Valley, has everything you need for a short stay and is right on the blue line bus route to get to town and other areas. Buses run every 30 mins. It was so convenient.

The condo was as expected and we enjoyed our stay. The amount of incoming data tied to reservation is too much and needs to be condensed and entry access PIN given up-front and easy to find. The parking is confusing and maybe the garage doors could be color coded. We were three women and had two vehicles. The condo provided only one spot with many threats of towing and booting for vehicles not parked as ordered. Also, the stairwell leading to the third floor smelled terrible... urine smell.

AWSOME

Huge hot tub the size of a pool. Litterally walked to lift with our kids in ski gear for a total of 40 seconds. AWSOME. The stairs are CRAZY STEEP AND NARROW!! Not for elderly, crawling kiddos, or overweight (not to be rude) but when you see it you’ll understand. AWSOME deck with grill. Kitchen is mini but we made dinner for 2 adults 3 kiddos without issue.
