Townhome on Private Street Near Bike Path, River Run and Town.

Private, spacious townhouse located on a dead-end street is just steps away from bike path and the bus stop to River Run and it's Gondola! The many windows and high ceilings provide you with a view of the White Clouds and the private back yard is great for sun-bathing.
Jump on the bike path for a short walk to downtown Ketchum , x-country skiing or biking. A ten minute walk gets you to the trailhead for a great hike up Baldy Mountain with great views of the town or fishing in the Wood River! The townhouse features a large living room, dining area with window-seat, cook-friendly kitchen, deck with barbeque, bedroom with two twin beds and separate bath all on the top floor.
Located downstairs is the large master bedroom with it's king bed and seating area opening through french doors to a private English country garden back yard and complimented with walk-in closets and full master bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, large closet and private bath. Off the entryway is a laundry room and access to the garage which has ski or bike storage.
You can bike or walk to the new YMCA to enjoy their great facilities or walk 2 blocks to take the kids to the playground at Hemingway School. Open up the french doors and enjoy a meal on the deck with family and friends ( inquire about information on caterers).
We are 3 blocks from the center of Ketchum with a plethora of restaurants and cosmopolitan shops. About 1 mile and you're at the riding center to enjoy a picturesque trail ride. We're 2 miles from the new golf and x-country clubhouse with its family-friendly 18 hole putting course. Just down from the golf course is the gun club with expert instruction in trap and skeet shooting as well as sporting clays. During the summer pack your picnic basket with 'goodies' and take in the free symphony or one of the many musical venues offered in the area.
From the house you can walk 3 blocks to River Run and enjoy a gondola ride, mountain biking, hiking and the fun
spider bungee jump or take a paragliding ride. Also our friendly trout can be found feeding in the nearby river by the lucky angler.
Remember we say 'come for the winter but stay for the summer,' you can enjoy everything from this unique location!

Beautiful Townhome!

Such a beautiful townhome and feels more like a house! Completely stocked with the best sheets and bedding and can easily cook many meals in the fully stocked kitchen! Location is the best with a quick walk to town and the trail just outside the door. Will definitely stay again!

We had a great stay! Quiet little street, close to everything. We loved the walking path behind the townhome and had a lot of fun walking around the neighborhood. Very spacious rental, with high ceilings and lots of light. Owners were very responsive and had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent Property

This was our family’s third stay at this terrific property, and we were impressed again at how clean and well-maintained it is. The location is excellent—a lovely house on a quiet street just a short walk from downtown. It snowed almost every day, and we were most appreciative of the owner promptly clearing the snow from the driveway and sidewalk. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, and the large dining area and living room (with wood-burning fireplace) were perfect gathering spaces for our group of six. The upstairs has large windows and lovely views of the mountains. The owners are very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant home

This rental was very clean, our group consisted of 2 singles and one couple, we each had our own bathroom. Having the mud was great and chairs to sit on while putting on and taking of ski boots. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed for cooking

We appreciated the hosts easy communication and easy access to the property. Location is perfect! The house is accurately described. Kitchen well stocked. Love the brightness of the upstairs living/kitchen area. My only suggestion would be update the shower heads and caulking around the guest bathroom sink. Thanks for a great stay.

Clean comfy home in a great location

I came to Ketchum with friends for a little mountain biking trip. The garage was clean and spacious for storing and working on the bikes. The house is within walking distance of downtown Ketchum for ease of going out in the evening. The house itself is bright and clean and served us well

Home away from Home

We stayed at this lovely townhouse in west ketchum for most of the summer. The house is well appointed - including beautiful sheets, cozy comforters and even a choice of pillows. The bathrooms are spacious with good towels. The master bedroom and one guest room is on the ground floor, making for really good sleeps. Off the bedroom is a lovely deck with a beautiful garden. Upstairs - LR is very comfortable, well appointed kitchen. Lots of light upstairs - views of Baldy on one side and Boulder Mts off the upstairs deck (with a grill). The location is perfect - getting to town is just a 5-10 minute walk and it's less than a mile to the ski mountain. Bike trail is a stone's throw away. Finally, the owners are most accommodating, always available to answer any questions and their resident dog, Beau, is handsome, wise and doesn't bark - which is to say the owners and dog are perfect neighbors.

Perfect Sun Valley townhome

Perfect location, beautiful home, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. We had three generations staying together and we all had space. Garage for skis/gear was so helpful. Wonderful stay!

Doesn't feel like the typical vacation condo

Very well maintained and equipped. Chose this place to because we planned to be there with a larger party. It ended up being just my wife and I, but a group of four+ would be very comfortable here--plenty of space My wife and I loved hiving a spacious and well equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is a short walk to the city center but still very quiet. It's also near the Wood River walking trail and during peak winter season, the bus picks up right on the corner. Numerous windows in the living area offer great view of the Boulders and I really enjoyed getting up in the morning and sitting in the bay window and having my coffee. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Accomodation & Hosts!

We stayed at John & Patsy's lovely cottage for our annual girls trip. It was extremely spacious, clean and cozy. The location was amazing. 10 minute walk into town, 15 minute walk to River Run / 5 minute bus right (the stop is right out front)! The hosts answered our questions via VRBO app quickly and were extremely accommodating. We will be back!

We come here every Christmas and stay at different places. This townhome by far is the best one we have stayed in! Very clean and well maintained. Kitchen has everything you need and it’s super cozy.
