Customer service was great from the friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very clean and well kept. Continental breakfast was nice with cereal,yogurt,frenchtoast,waffles,bagels,oatmeal etc. also coffee,tea and several juices. Plenty of parking too.

There was no laundry facility for use even though they were selling small boxes of detergent in the little store at the desk. When i asked the staff why they would sell those if there is no laundry machine for use, she responded "I don't know" with no further explanation. Also taking girls from a wrestling tournament to the hotel and they were excited to swim and we didn't know the pool was drained until we already checked in. There was no mention of this in the website or in the communication from the hotel leading up to our stay.
